Best McDonalds in the area- with fast and efficient drive-through - for a change, there was no mix up with the order due to lack of staff’s English skills or lack of attention AND food quality was actually quite good - hamburger had more than two drops of ketchup on it (yay!) and original crispy chicken sandwich was of proper temperature (had totally cold ones before). A Happy customer here, thank you.

Pretty quick. I got a water and 2 hash browns and the hash browns seemed to be cooked to perfection, not soggy but not undercooked. I paid for my food, pulled up to the next window where o got it immediately then went on my way

To recognize every employee working December 14th around 1:50 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for their outstanding service teamwork and effort and precision customer service. Each and every team member was a part of a well-oiled machine and had the drive-thru running flawlessly while assisting me with my picky children's order more employees like this need to be recognized and compensated by the company because there are some other locations that will not go as above and beyond as they did by asking me the order to make sure they were making it right.

I get breakfast at this McDonalds once every week or two. They have THE BEST morning staff - they are quick, efficient, and the food is super fresh and delicious. Better than ANY McDonalds in this area.

It was a nice clean restaurant. Staff was very nice.

I wanted to grab just a seltzer water before I got on the road, upon walking in you could clearly see the drive-through was extra hectic and I waited for a bit. I finally asked if someone can help me whereas I was told to go to the terminal and order what I wanted. That’s not an issue I just wish someone would’ve told me upon entering the store as they were no signs or anything.

After that little bit of confusion the young man that helped me was first friendly and turned out to be a very nice interaction.
The place was spotless as were the service, behind the register around the garbage cans even outside.

It's McDonald's, eat the McDouble, devour the fries, and take comfort in knowing it's always the same wherever you go. And you can get a drink for a dollar.

Hey there Ice Cream works pretty consistently. On that alone they get 5 stars

We don't eat fast food that often, but every so often we'll stop at McDonald's. My daughter loves the kids chicken nuggets happy meal and my wife loves the fish sandwich. I used to get the grilled chicken sandwich, but they're no longer available, so I have to get something else that's not as healthy. We also enjoy a McDonald's ice cream cone about 2 times a year.

Some very great employees work at this McDonald's. Friendly and quick service. Nice fresh food. Made to order food on overnight so of course its going to be a little wait. And no credit cards on overnight after a certain time due to system shut down but of course that needs to be done. Very clean store. Fresh tea and coffee. Best experience of my life so far.

Bathrooms were absolutely filthy! My feet were sticking 2 the floor! My frappe was great.

We drive from West Virginia to go to this store for breakfast. The staff is much nicer, the orders are accurate, and they deliver to you table with the sweetest smiles.

I pulled up to the speaker and was greeted right away.
My hot food was given to me at the window within a minute or two!
Since I was driving home from a trip I was happy with the timing.

In my opinion, they serve the hottest and most well made food out of all the McDonalds in Winchester. Obviously the food isn't grand, but you should not expect that from a fast food place. My only complaint is that they haven't brought back the pink lemonade slushie, but that's a fault of the corporation, not the franchise.

I mean, it's a McDonald's.
The employees don't really stand out, but I don't expect them to be considering the sheer amount of people they deal with and the pay and benefits.
Actually, this McDonald's has never messed up an order and the lady in the morning sometimes asks me "how are you today?" So this is now a five star McDonald's.

they changed the parking lot around, You can no longer park near the doors MUST park on the opposite side. Drive thru talks no longer then 5 mins when not busy. Also very good service

Normally I don't do McDonald's, so how did this one get my business and a 5star review?!!! I am traveling 1200 miles and needed to use wifi for business, so I pulled into McDonald's parking lot where I know there is always free wifi, but this McDonald's was very noticeably different than others. First there was a McDonald's employee ( in uniform) outside power washing the parking lot. He had clearly already power washed the building which was glistening clean. Now I have seen a McDonald's have a contractor power wash the building before, but I have NEVER seen an EMPLOYEE out there doing it. Next I noticed that the area of the parking lot he was not yet too was not even dirty. So apparently the frachise owner cares enough about cleanliness that he/she bought a power washer for the store and has the employees use it regularly.
Ok. So now I am both impressed and curious. Is the inside as clean? After completing my business, I went inside. Normally I would have just used the wifi and left, but I decided if it is as clean inside I will purchase my breakfast here. First I went to the restroom...immaculate! Even the mirror is clean, and everything is well stocked. In the dining room not a single table, chair or bench is dirty. The floors are spotless, the beverage and condiment areas are perfectly clean and stocked. Then, perhaps the most importamt of all...the kitchen. While most fast food reataruants have so much grease on the floor that the workers virtually skate ( as if on ice) thru thier work day...not here! The floor is as perfect as if it were brand new. Everything sparkles. Nothing is out of place or dirty at all.
Finally the staff....You could not find a crew that is more proffessional, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, or well groomed in the finest 5 star restaurants! So yes I ate here, and I marked it as a favorite, so I can return anytime I am in the area.

McDonald's Corporation should use this as a training location for franchisees and managers to see how perfectly wonderful a McDonald's can be run.

Incase you wondered...my food ( a smoothy) was perfect too. I have many food allergies so my choices are limited, but I was thankful to have an option available in a place where I am confident that the staff takes every measure to prevent cross-contamination.

Very friendly employees. My food was ready almost immediately upon my arrival. Minimum wage should definitely be $15 for these fast paced and polite workers.

We went through the drive thru and got 6 hash browns and they were delicious. The lady manager working was very nice and polite and service was fast, Thank you!!!

2pm...after the lunch crowd. Nice & quiet. Hint: order your sandwich with some kind of minor change, like extra pickles or onions, and you can be sure it will be nice and hot ☺
