Very Friendly staff, very clean and tasty. Prices are Redick!!! And The whole here's our reviews decor ...is stale and in need of some sort of revamp.
But, a darn good burger and fries.
Fantastic milkshake

You walk in and get a greeting from the workers. All the employees seem really nice. Food ordering was quick and easy. The food came out quickly. Everything looks clean, I saw workers wiping tables. Very inviting for sure. The bathroom was clean too. The burgers and fries were very good.
As we walked out we got a thank you and goodbye.
Definitely good atmosphere.

The staff in here was some of the friendliest I have encountered. Clean and nicely decorated restaurant and our food was delicious.

Always great for a good burger and fries locally. The food here is consistently hot and good. I love that the food is made to order and to your specifications.
When you place a to go order they wait until you’re in the building to make your fries, no soggy cold fries!

Always enjoy eating at Five Guys. The burgers are yummy and they have the best fries. My only complaint it they pour an extra cup of fries all over the top of your food in the bag. They certainly give a wonderful portion, but it really should be put in a separate bag as everything ends up being so greasy. You definitely need to remember to ask for your fries in a separate bag.

This is undoubtedly the cleanest / friendliest/ happiest/ yummyiest 5 guys I have been in - and I’ve been in a good number. Be sure to visit this gem if you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed on any level!

The only thing that would make my
Visit A#1 was if 5 Guys would allow
Hamburgers to be cooked a bit rare.
However, that isn't possible. Not
even @ my risk. So, I simply have to
Settle for the Best tasting burger in the
Area w things I like added like mushrooms & lots of onions. The fries are SO fresh! They have the BEST
peanuts to munch on while you wait
for your food. Excellent drink selection.
5 Guy's is the Total Package!

Small Five Guys just a bit off I-81. Pretty clean, very polite service. The seating area is just to the side of the kitchen, so it's not too loud. The burgers as delicious (as always).

Cozy and clean, a little more than a regular fast food experience!

The friendliest group of employees ever, was so happy we randomly decided to exit the highway. Also as a restaurant worker for decades myself, I was more than impressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. No other place has ever come close! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Amazing customer service by Ronald. I was dissatisfied with my order at first, but Ronald fixed it and made it very good. I will definitely be back, very juicy tasty burgers.

Five guys is the best fast food you'll get! Their burgers are delicious and always made to order so you never have to worry about old, cold, soggy food. Their fries are the best fries anywhere, they fry them in peanut oil too! This particular location has great staff who always have a smile and something nice to say to you.

Great stop off Route 81. Outdoor seating area was great for my dog. Ordered via the app, and they delivered via the window at the outdoor seating area. Would stop again for sure.

Delicious as always. This is a particularly small Five Guys, but it was the absolute nicest one I've ever been in. And the burgers were over the top. 5 Stars 🌟 for this 5 Guys.

Five Guys is usually good (food) wherever you go. This one is top tier. Great food and customer service and they're friendly.
You can buy food, not personality. And here you get 2 for the price of 1. We've become regulars.

Their service is always quick and the staff is always friendly. I've never gotten a wrong order, unlike every single fast food joint in Winchester that I've been to. My partner and i usually get the little bacon cheeseburger with different toppings, depending on our moods. They're always fresh and delicious. If you have not tried their milkshakes, then i recommend that you do. They're quite yummy. I've had chocolate, strawberry, banana, whipped cream and different combinations of those flavors together. I have not been disappointed by any of them. I have yet to attempt the bacon but it's on my list. I always give them a tip to show the employees that i appreciate them. I really enjoy being able to eat out this day and age knowing that i will be happy with the service and the food because that is in short supply as of late.

1st and most importantly the employees!! Everyone as soon as you walk in say Hello to you with a smile! Everytime I go in to order each member of the staff has this smile that just makes you feel so welcomed! Milkshakes are so yummy!! 1 order of fries could feed a family and they are delicious! Everything is great!
