Wendy's

The manager that’s been working in the morning today, and yesterday morning is the sweetest man. He’s very patient and kind hearted. There was a morning their system was down and he was the only one there and I could see the line building up quick. He was very calm and apologetic for the delay. He did a really good job handling s busy morning by himself from what I could see, He ended up giving me my meal for free. I could see him talking with the employees and they seem very safe and comfortable with him. I hope everyone is kind to this man.

The manager was at the front counter and took my order. He was very courteous and friendly. The lobby was clean and soft music was playing over the speakers. Overall nice and comfortable environment

Wendy's is consistently my favorite fast food hamburger. Still the case.

Went through the drive-thru, service was great and the food was delicious and fresh.

I pulled up at the Drive Thru window at 1030pm . There was at least 5 cars ahead of me in line. I ordered 2 full size meals and chicken nuggets I was impressed with the expedited manner of the Drive Thru. It was a great experience. The staff was happy and everything was completely in my order. The food was fresh so good .Great place to go! Good food and great service. Thank you Wendy's!

I’m always baffled when reviews say that they got poor service here. I’ve never had an issue. Friendly staff, great personalities, amazing food, and always hot. It’s almost a religious activity to come here at least twice a month just because we know it’s going to taste good and we’ll be in and out when roaming around for the weekend

I love Wendy's on Pleasant Valley Road. Everyone on the staff is so nice and call me by name. They always go the extra mile to make sure my food is just right.
The place is always clean and well lite and the food is great!
I eat lunch here at least 3 times per week. The staff treats me like family.

Wendys food is fairly good. If they got the orders right it would really improve things.

I just wanted to shout out to Xavier he was probably the most kindest and sweetest cashier because the last time me and my mom came in here we had a horrible experience with the cash in her he was friendly and courteous and got our order right to perfection.

The gentleman that waited on us was do kind and did his job well. No waiting while everyone was partying in the kitchen like the one on pleasant valley rd. So rude there, will for sure be going back to the one berryville ave.

Very clean & everyone was smiling. Young man that took my order had amazing manners. He was kind to my wife, kids & I. It's extremely rare to find good customer service in fast food, but my family experienced GREAT customer service with a genuine smile! Mr. Camron, cudos & great suggestion with the chili.

Really great friendly service and fresh food. I was frustrated, ordering from a list that texted to me. I was a hectic mess with a large group. The clerk was really friendly and patient and it put me in a better mood. I wish I'd gotten his name. Outstanding service. We were traveling, from out of town. It was May 11th around 3pm. I wanted to make sure I remember to leave this review. Thank you.

We stopped at this store on our way home (to New York ) to get dinner. We ordered 4 different meals through the drive-thru and when we got our food they had each meal in seperate bags. This small thing made it to much easier for everyone to have their food instead of searching through the bag to get everyone's food. Thank you so much for this .

It was very nice. The girls seemed to know all the locals and made you feel like one even though I was out of town. The food was just as I like my Wendy's to be.
