I recently needed some extra assistance with receiving my mail. After contacting the staff they went above and beyond in helping me. A particular staff, Shanequa, at this location was exceptional and really cared that the issue was taken care of properly. Everyone that I've dealt with at this location have been courteous and professional.

Expect to have to call multiple times.

I had an Amazon package that USPS marked as delivered at 11:51 AM today, but was not actually delivered. I called my local post office and they game me the number for this place.

I call, give the tracking number, and the lady on the phone says she'll check with the postal carrier and call me back. I give her my number.

Fast forward 3 hours, no call back. I call again, tell a different lady the same thing, she again asks for my number so she can call me back. 15 minutes later a USPS truck shows up at my mailbox with the package in hand. It was never delivered. I have still not received a follow-up call from them.

Expect to have to call them multiple times and don't expect any kind of follow up.

After reading the reviews others have left, I'm definitely not alone with my experience. I recently ordered something. I kept checking the tracking information to see when it was delivered. All of a sudden I get a notification saying that the "addressee is unknown". I opened a service request online stating the address it should have been sent to, thinking maybe they had the wrong address on it or it was unledgeable or something. The next day I get another alert saying that the addressee is unknown and that the package is being sent back to the sender. I opened another service request saying that the package should have never been sent back to the sender. I then get a voicemail from someone named Amanda at the post office saying that the package is being sent back and that I need to verify my address. I called no more than 5 minutes after the voicemail was left and no one ever answered. I hung up and called again. Same thing. I hung up and called a third time. Same thing, no answer. I ended up calling the 1-800 customer service line. I was on hold for almost an hour before somebody finally picked up. I tried to explain to them what the problem was and instead of listening to me they wanted to just read the tracking information. They told me that somebody from my household told them that I don't live there. That's funny, it's the same address that's on my driver's license and I've had mail delivered there for the past 3 years. Why do I keep getting mail in my name, but all of a sudden the package that has my name on it says that the addressee is unknown? No one would have been home except for the cat, and I'm pretty sure the cat doesn't speak English and wouldn't have told them that I don't live there, so obviously somebody with this post office was lying. The sender got the package and let me know that the address was 100% correct and resent the package back out. Another package was supposed to be delivered the next day. The alert on that tracking number said that the package couldn't be delivered because the delivery location was unaccessible. I don't know how it could be unaccessible. You walk 20 feet up the driveway and put the package on the porch. How difficult is that? I've also had problems with my registration tags for my vehicles not getting delivered. After reading the comments other people have left, I'm wondering if postal employees are stealing people's registration stickers and using them on their vehicles. I will be contacting the postal inspector this week to report this post office. I strongly advise anyone having problems with this post office to do the same. If your packages aren't showing up, if you're not getting mail, if they are getting stolen, that is mail tampering and it's against the law.

The worst post office I have ever been to. My mail was switched to this post office earlier this year and every package I have received through them has been late. The latest is a small Priority package will be 2 days late seeing how it will not be here until tomorrow now.

Crystal called to resolve an issue and was so ghetto and unprofessional. This office will never thrive because of people like her.
My issue: The postal office left a note in my mailbox while I’m sitting right by the door stating the package would not fit in my mailbox when the mailman didn’t not have a package, nor did he try to deliver. When I went to the mailbox the note he left said it would not fit on the truck which is not my fault. (So he lied on app to seem make it seem like my mailbox was full when really he never had the package) Then I set up to be delivered again on a certain date that I would be waiting on the porch. The mailman then says he doesn’t have it. I explained I set up for this date and he simply said he just doesn’t have it. I called to report the issue and unhelpful Crystal at the Courtright location argued that it was sent back oh well!
Just the poorest service. USPS is always my last option as they are the worst.

I’ve lived in my home since the top of 2016. I had the best mail carrier and I wish I was more appreciative because he transferred and I now have one of the worst carriers. He is rude and delivers mail and packages incorrectly and when I point it out he says he was “off”. Then in November, amidst a pandemic and holiday season my mailbox was run down, so I replaced it. He came and shook it loose and called me a liar because he didn’t like where I put my new box. I filed a complaint: and no one followed up on it properly and he is STILL delivering or not delivering I should say.

In the past three months, USPS has lost a pair of shoes, my passport and other time sensitive packages. In every instance the package has been marked as delivered in their system.

Today my package was marked delivered at a time when I was standing at my mailbox! To investigate the matter I called customer service and was on hold for 51 minutes before someone answered. During my wait I looked to see if I could submit my query online and there was an option available. However, after completing the page long form I received a message stating that emails were not being accepted at the time...[insert forehead in palm].

Courtright/Macsway locations, if you read these reviews PLEASE do a better job of updating package tracking details with actual (not intended or projected) information. I've filed an investigation into the matter. An investigation for a delivery that will most likely show up at my door at 7:30pm today, however because it was incorrectly marked as delivered, I, as a responsible recipient, had to alert USPS that a package that was lost when, again, it was probably prematurely marked delivered. PLEASE do better.

Stopped by to ship a package quickly during a time that said they were open on Google and the doors were locked. Rang the bell for service and no one answered.

If you’re not going to be open during the hours you have listed online, update your hours.

I just moved into my place an the first few weeks we had no problem with the mail. Then this week has been a nightmare ! Our mail was left outside of our box. Then the packages I ordered one of them is missing and the other keeps getting sent back to the sender stating they can’t find my address ... Can’t call because when I try it hangs up. Can’t go up there because there not open to the public. Iam now scared to have any mail delivered here. How hard can it be? Very upset with this USPS.

This is one of the worst post offices in the United States. The clerks are rude and unprofessional! I have been there 3 times to cash money orders and they never have cash to cash their own postal money orders and the last time the machine would not take the money order properly so I was told again they could not cash it. I was told to call to find out in the future if they habe the cash before I come, I just did that and was told by supervisor Candice that they could not tell me that over the phone, go to another post office or bank to cash it! Does this not affect your sales and productivity? What if I wanted to spend money there sending off a package? She wasn't rude but of no real help! I have worked for the post office before and know the standard of service that should be given to customers and this post office does not represent that at all! Please understand that this type of customer service is unacceptable and we deserve better! #Postmaster of Columbus please do something with this location and your clerks!!
