I went to 6 different parts stores . I was looking for a pair of loaded struts for my 2012 sonata. None of the could find the right part . UNTIL I went to autozone Manchester NH . A girl named Cindi took the time and research the part. She brought out a couple different one's that didn't match . She found a 3rd option and ordered it .with success! I must say I think women are better researching parts. Great job Cindi !!!

Shout out to Mike O, a couple of weeks ago I needed a battery for a car that I was borrowing. His professionalism, and quick working was remarkable. He took care of me right away and even installed the battery before leaving for the day. Such a great employee Autozone has, keep him!!! Thank you again Mike!

Shoutout to John who 100% went above and beyond last night to help me. I came in in an absolute panic that my sander wasn't working due to a fuse/end piece missing and he was PHENOMENAL. He let me try out the part before buying it to make sure it fit and even helped me install it. You have no idea how much stress I was under with snow coming and this made my night. As someone who previously worked in a retail/customer service management role- John is an absolute asset and this store is lucky to have him. Thanks again!

This is the best and most helpful autopart store in the area! Been a customer since 1996 and a auto tech for the better part of 25 years. I do shop elsewhere but I try to avoid going other places. They don't have the parts and service autozone has. The staff may not always be the most knowledgeable but they try to be accurate and if they don't know they find someone who does! I have worked as a parts jockey for the other stores and I'll tell you they mostly suck!

Shawn went above and beyond to assist me with the damages of the exterior of my car. He was knowledgeable and got on his hands and knees to even buff out the scratches on my car. It was a night and day difference. Thank you so much Shawn!!!!

Thank you so much! This evening a nice (tall) gentleman helped put the head lamp in to my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. It was around 7:30 pm Friday May 27, 2022. It was going to be dark soon and I didn’t want to drive around with one head light. He took the (time) to help get the job done.
So five stars.

My battery crapped out, only after a year of use, went in, floor manager looked up my info and then got me another battery as covered by thew warranty, and installed it. Gave my some tips, very helpful. Overall great experience. Also saw a person who I had sold goods to working in the store and know that he is a good guy as well. Other workers casually joking about with Manager who knew how to be casual yet still be in charge and give direction. Go here, they'll help you out.

Nate was extremely helpful with guiding me for new wiper blades foe my vehicle. He even put them on for me!!!! Thanks so much, reason why I always come here for my vehicle needs.

Beyond grateful for the help and the knowledge. A+ this place is the real advanced one. I had gone to advanced Auto and they were not only ride but plain incompetent and I'm pretty over them. First time I was completely bipassed by the worker there who proceeded to serve the person behind me when my children and I were clearly in line first got about 15 minutes already because I was paying with card and had to return something for my car. So I then had to wait another 15-20 minutes until someone else became available thankfully my kids are week behaved and know how to wait patiently. Anyway Auto zone was professional and helpful beyond belief. Thanks

Joe and Scott were AWESOME!!!

Sunday, husband and I bought kayaks. Well the rope we had wasn’t working out so we stopped by to buy ratchets. We had no idea how to use them and my husband kept getting them knotted up lol. We were out there almost 2 hours frustrated at each other and exhausted.

The store closed and Joe and Scott were heading to their cars to go home. Well they stopped to help us, off the clock, no pay, when anyone else would be rushing to go home, they gave up their time to help us.

They were friendly and beyond helpful.

Stopped in this am to get new headlight bulbs for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Jacob was the only employee on the floor or register but was handling everyone professionally and efficiently. I had a few questions and he helped me ID the correct parts. I got home and I had more questions so called in. Jacob again assisted me and identified what I was doing wrong. Impressed with his knowledge and customer service! Thank you

There Awesome they helped me with diagnosis on why my check engine light was on. Advance Auto Parts gave me the wrong information and thank God for auto zone. The stars,and a tire where house is located at auto zone in Manchester NH. Great staff and people that do There job.

AUTO ZONE EVENTUALLY DID THE RIGHT THING AND SENT ME A NEW REPLACMENT WIPER. This review is for the online store not the brick and mortar. Bought 4 wiper blades from online store. One had been opened and the wiper adapter had been changed. Called auto zone and their solution was to have me waste my time, gas and energy to bring wiper to store or mail back used wiper that should never have been sent in the first place. As well as waste 20 minutes of my time on the phone. I will never buy from auto zone again.
