The servers at this location are so nice. They just brightened up my day with their cheery attitude and smiley energy. It's a great place to go for a coffee

Typical Duncan. Chia latte could be hotter, but it was still good. Got a dozen assortment of donuts. Cute heart shapes.

Aside from the fact that the lobby is rarely open because they're always short staffed, The folks that are working here are super friendly and helpful. The line at the drive-through is always insane so I order ahead. It's Dunkin so it's always delicious but I really love the usual employees at this location. Bianca is my favorite! She's always running and hustling and keeps a smile on her face!

The survey is not working, so I would just like to think Emma for always being so helpful kind and humorous every time I come, I literally would not come every day if it wasn’t for Emma.

I truly enjoy this place. The employees go above and beyond even helping me figure out some wonky thing on my phone. They are always smiling and speak pleasantly to each other behind the counter. I love their iced vanilla coffee!! It's not full of sugar, unless you want it to be of course, and has a great flavor. AND they have turkey sausage! Best breakfast sandwich I have had in a while for certain.

Stopped for coffees to bring to my paramedic at the clinic before visiting her. Tried the brown sugar ice coffee. It was pretty good. Customer service at the drive thru was SUPERB. Great experience.

Great customer service, the girl filled my travel cup up perfectly without any coaching. I say this because they usually fill it much less than what it will handle and still get the lid on safely. I have sworn off donuts so I won't be able to confirm the lack of filling as previously reviewed.

By far, the best Dunkin' in the area with the most reasonable prices. The staff is super friendly. They do an excellent job of decorating their place for the holidays.

Best dunkin donuts I've been in. Team of young people who work very well together. (No yelling at each other/shouting out orders); store is exceptionally clean and organized. Definitely stopping by again when I am in the area.

Unfortunately this dunkin I have noticed a high turnover rate in staff but even with that they have somehow maintained consistency. The staff is always helpful and make sure my kids have a wonderful experience.

I always get great service here. Payton and Kyra have been exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. During the quarantine, going to Dunkin has really been the only thing we have done because I am high risk. They always help us with friendly service and they keep things moving quickly.

This is the friendliest branch of DD I have ever been to. No matter who is working the drive thru, they are always cheery and make my morning. Their service surpasses the Janesville stores that I frequent. Keep up the good work!

This new dunkin donuts location is very clean. Staff was very friendly. My fiance lost his wallet they found it and were very professional put it away and kept it safe until we came back to get it. Also I had a coupon for a free coffee they explained that they have a different owner then the Janesville location where I received my lunch card but honored my coupon anyway this time. Thank you dunkin!!
