I needed a 2x2 photo printed. I struggled with the self-service machine. The manager came and helped me plug in my phone and get the photos I wanted sized correctly. He then printed them while I waited. Great customer service.

50% off coupon, for "all things photo", did not mean, all things photo...I took slides to make prints. Price shown online was .$.59 per slide. Of course, you had to enter all the info, before you found out, the coupon did not apply. And then, they had to get converted to a dvd, before printable would be made. The dvd cost $9.99. So it ended up costing $28 for 31 slides, and it's still not clear if I'll be getting the prints. I wouldnt have minded if the 1/2 off coupon applied, but it didnt. Again, "all things photo" I consider false advertising. There was nothing that said "only applies to online orders. Not happy.
