I went in to customer service to return an item & was kindly greeted & quickly taken care of. The staff was very helpful & professional. Flynn helped me & she was absolutely wonderful! For such a hectic & stressful time of year good help can be a rare service to encounter & this establishment & Flynn did just that! Thank you kindly for your service! Just got this bag in the mail & I’ll definitely be using it!

I need supplies for a seed starting station, and I used the app to find everything I needed. I talked to many of the employees to find everything I wanted, and they were so helpful. They even helped me to find a flatbed cart for the shelving I needed, and they loaded it in the cart and into my truck. The manager of this location should be proud of all his employees for providing excellent customer service.

Awesome attention! Way better assistance at Menards than Home Depot or Lowes!!!! You can find someone within a short distance and do not need to run around to find help. Plus the bonus is that the are very knowledgeable! Something Home Depot seems to lack.

Just went browsing. Store is a super size Menards. Could use a map where things or departments are at. It has everything and seems like they have enough staff to help you out. Have a large outside yard for landscaping and construction supplies. Lard outside area for plants which is good. Put on your walking shoes
As you will need them.

I love Menards, they always have new things like Jelly Belly sparkling water! I keep trying the flavored sparkling Waters thinking maybe one day I'll like one I actually like these! I hope they get all of the flavors.

Ah, Menards! I can spend a lot of time wandering the isles. I come here so often that I know where everything is, so I don't really need to ask many questions, but when I do the staff is very helpful. I like to roll over the 11% rebate rewards! Notable purchases this year have been a griddle, fire pit and stainless steel cooler. All good products and serving us well. Thanks!

I bought 2 ceiling fans-mulch, and lots of river rock-stsff helped me load my cart and then my car-they were there to serve!!

Store is well stocked. Floor staff are very friendly and helpful. I needed help finding glider bench and person walked me to where they were located and when I said that's what I wanted she said I'll go get a cart for you. So nice not to have to look for one.

You get to save big money AND buy products to make your home better. Organized, affordable, nice employees. Lumber yard always has me confused, but I think I have it down now. :) Over the summer my plants I purchased were stunning and high quality.

Picked up on line order they have changed a bit since last time I picked up. Staff helps now so much better

The Antioch, IL Store is much smaller than Gurnee & Libertyville locations, but was easily navigatable and I got in & out quickly.
The Store Associates Greeted me upon entering, asked if I needed any assistance while walking the Clean aisles, asked if I found Everything at Checkout, and lasted was wished a good day upon exit! THAT is what I call SUPERB Customer Service 😁😃👍😷---

Always a nice, clean, stocked store with great help. A big shout out to Bill, the carry-out guy, who somehow managed to drive and catch me at the Culver's drive-thru line to let me know I had forgotten my flower planter at the cash register! Now THAT'S customer service!

I love Menards. In a world of high prices, these guys are living in 2006 with pricing. Why go anywhere else for your household needs? Paper towels, toilet paper, and even some non perishable groceries are all far more affordable at Menards. Trying to fight inflation? Go to Menards. Also, their staff is all incredibly friendly.

This store is great and clean from electric to paint the staff is good and know what your needs are. Always happy when in there they all know me say hello is there something I need help with. That's good in my book. Keep up the good work.

Stopped at Menards in Antioch IL today and have to say it was the best shopping experience I have had not only at this Menards but any retailer anywhere. I needed to purchase a few electrical supplies for a contractor that is doing work at my house. I am not an electrician so was not real sure what everything on the list was or where it was at. Shortly after entering the electrical section one of the Menards employees named Kim asked if I needed any help. Most employees in retail stores just point and say it is over there. I had a list, Kim knew what everything on my list was and helped me find everything on the list, she also made sure I was getting the better price options for everything I was getting. All this help was more than I have ever received from an employee at a retailer and Kim took it 2 steps further! She helped me get the larger items to the register and also carried them out to my truck for me. I have had several back operations and have severe issues with pain and my mobility - none of this was known to Kim. She didn't ask and feel that she treats every customer she comes across this way. I sure hope that her boss or someone higher reads this review, identifies Kim and acknowledges her kindness and professionalism! It was top notch and she deserves to be inline for a promotion if she is not already the store manager. We need more of this in this world. Every time I come to this Menards, I will look for Kim not only if I need help but to say hi and have a good day! This type of customer service needs to be instilled in any retail employee. When someone treats you like this and gives you unsolicited help it really changes the mood of your day, the positive vibes will trickle to anyone I come in contact today. Thanks Kim!! We need more people like you.

I had a great experience while shopping there on the 23rd of december. All of the employees were very attentive and the customer service employee went over and beyond getting me duplicate gift receipts.

I love this menards! Only bad experience was when getting a sheet of value plywood aka damage or imperfect pieces of lumber at a substantialy lower price, a manager was needed to override transaction at register and questioned the piece as if it was not found there because of the quality and it not being marked. It was near closing on a Friday night so I felt empathy for the situation but didn't appreciate the question of integrity. Again 1 out of 100 visits and was only issue.
