Everything went smoothly and quickly.
I checked in on the Computer up front and scanned my insurance card. The nurse was very helpful in making sure that I took the correct image of my card. Then they called me to the back. I would say that I was in and out of there within 30 to 40 minutes. Great Team!

Attentive clinicians on staff the day I went. Nurse practioner was thorough and listened to my concerns. The medical assistant was pleasant and kept me informed of what was going on. I'm grateful to have this clinic in our community.

My recent visit to main street family care in Cairo was truly outstanding. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Despite the urgency of my situation, I was seen quickly and received attentive care.

The medical team at Mainstreet was highly knowledgeable and efficient. They accurately diagnosed my condition and took the time to explain it to me in a way that I could understand. They also addressed all my concerns and provided me with the necessary information for informed decision-making.

The facility itself was clean, well-equipped, and created a comfortable environment. The staff's personalized care and dedication to patient well-being were truly exceptional.

I highly recommend the Cairo location for their prompt, reliable, and compassionate service. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding care!

Great place for general health care. Maybe wouldn't go here for cancer treatment lol but all around general health care, GREAT PLACE. My only complaint.. they have went to all digital online register and scheduling. No one is out front and you have to do everything online which is a huge pain in the booty. I actually hate it. To each is their own respectfully. Super nice people there though.

Great experience for a same day appointment! They were very communicative, friendly and kind. I didn’t feel like just a number. Go 👍🏾 I think they be my primary care provider. Thank you ladies.

Fast. Friendly. Wonderful! This was my first experience at Cairo MainStreet and it was probably one of the most pleasant experiences I've had from medical staff in a long time. Everyone was so friendly, I checked in online before arriving and they got me right in with hardly any wait at all and I was out of there in record time. From the lovely woman at the front desk, to the nurse and doctor, everybody was all smiles and it was just a great experience overall which is not normally something said about a weekend trip to see a physician. Had to get a steroid shot (never fun) but the nurse was SO gentle I barely felt the pinch! And I'm usually terrified of needles! They made sure to let me know if I had any further issues or questions to please let them know they were happy to help. 10/10 would recommend this establishment, they're an awesome asset to the community 🩷

The staff was very helpful and pleasant Morgan and Keshia both did an awesome job.

Great experience! They took good care of me and I will gladly return if I have any other illnesses to arise. They were very caring, thorough, and funny as well.

Mainstream in Cairo is a great place that cares for the people. You may wait for a little bit because they love to see your smiles. But the care is great and the nurse , Blessing and the doctor Heather Wells are a great duo..
Being a Veteran and from San Antonio I appreciate the care they gave me. On point.

I'm visiting from out of country and was skeptical about visiting a clinic here, but my daughter was unwell so we had to see someone. I googled walkin clinics and found MainStreet. I completed the form for the visit online which made registration super easy. We arrived and the friendly front desk staff were expecting us. The visit was fast but thorough and very professional. Also, the fee was very reasonable.
I'd definitely recommend MainStreet to other potential clients.

This is the only place I go, I love Trina. The staff and nurse on duty are always so sweet.

The NP who treated my granddaughter was exceptional. Her patience and caring showed and were appreciated. The front desk young lady was very kind, helpful, and caring. Other than the wait, the service is a 5 star!

They are very friendly move fast get you in and out this where I be going for now on they the best

Everyone was very nice to my son and I. My son tested positive for the flu so I’m glad they were able to get him in and treat him quickly!
