Bought a vehicle from Mudd Motors. Within 24 hours of my purchase the car had water in the oil. Me and my husband both spent the day trying to get in touch with the owner of the dealership. He ignored all our calls and put us through with his assistant who is completely rude and disrespectful to customers. When we did speak with del. He informed me he could not give me my money back and said he would send someone to get my vehicle however I had to pay for the tow truck and any repairs. Then 2 weeks later I go to get the title transferred using the paper work dels assistant gave me and the tax office informed me all the paper work was incorrect and the bill of sale they gave me wasn’t “real” coming from a dealership. After contacting the rude assistant she proceeded to tell me I hand wrote a bill of sale and was very ugly to both me and my husband. Now the car is nocking and the motor is bad. Once again we can’t get del on the phone regarding anything. These people are scammers. They do people dirty. There is an obvious reason you can give del reviews on Facebook marketplace. Him and his assistant sell cars after fixing them enough to get them gone with no regrets or regards to the outcome of their buyer nor business.

My mom had an agreed price and time scheduled for a car purchase she took out the money out of the bank and when we drove over and hour to get there at the agreed upon time the owner told her he sold the car and that because they're a "small business" they couldn't wait for her to show up. Do not make any deals with this business they'll go behind your back and waste your time. They don't care about your time only theirs. Scummy business. Had my mom's hopes up for a car and they just sold it without even reaching out or sending a message advising that it was sold hours prior.

I got out of work extra early, drove all the way to Mud Motors, arrived earlier than scheduled time with cash in hand. When I arrived I was told they sold the car I had my heart so set on. I was so upset... If you have a scheduled appointment with Del the car may not even be available.

Sold my friend a vehicle and 3 weeks later motor is knocking. Called and he was told oh well. Newer business that doesn't deserve ANY business. Highly would NOT recommend. This is the second vehicle in a short time that this company has sold like this.

Owner Lied To Me In My Face He Talk A Good Game Bought a 2008 Buick Enclave Got To Bainbridge 25mins up the road car ran hot owner wouldn't even answer my calls I got it fixed from Bainbridge to Dothan Transmission Started Acting Up I can promise u I will never do business here ever again and I'll never refer anyone here they are CERTIFIED CROOKS...

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Sold my boyfriend and truck and three weeks later the engine blew. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Shame on you. I hope your business goes under or someone screws you over like you do to others. Would leave no stars if I could.
