Sonic Drive-In

Went and got our normal round of ice creams! Excuse me, blasts!
We love stopping here, the value is there when you look at the sizing. We have never experienced the machine being down (I'm looking at you McD's) and the team has always been kind. With a young kid sometimes they change their mind when we get to the window and the team here is always happy to accommodate.

The drive-in booths were closed temporarily, but the service at the drive-through totally made up for it.
The drive-through window was super easy, with having three kids, the girls were very very patient and waited for us to pick out our items, even though we changed our order multiple times. Lol. The food was made quickly, prices were
good, the kids were happy. Their shakes and mixers are super yummmmmm :)

This was my first time back after months of refusing to go there. Things used to take forever and the quality was poor. There has been talk that things have improved so I wanted to check it myself. Today was perfect. Food was hot ans fresh and took just a couple minutes to be handed out to me. Nikki and Ricky were the people working and they both could not have been more pleasant and professional. Whatever changes have been made, please keep it up.

Nikki is great every time I come. Very pleasant, kind, and her team works well with her. I know that when she's working my order will always be right and I'll have a great experience.

My food was extremely fresh and the young man who delivered it was so friendly. I will definitely be back.

Update 4/20/24 ordered through app, once I arrived there were a few cars ahead of me but I will tell you the service was quick and the young lady working was so friendly and apologized for me waiting. I was just blown away at how wonderful her customer service was, it was very refreshing too. Also my food and drinka were just AMAZING. Kudos to this young lady for being so friendly, and prompt.

Ordered a #1 combo as usual. Food fantastic! Service was great. I had the manager-I believe Ricki but a super sweet person. I made a mistake on my end and he was quick to adjust my mistake. Very friendly crew! Will definitely stop by more often.

First time at this sonics drive in and the service was real good and food was all made correctly we spent about 30 bucks for 2 meals, sides,shake : Ft long chicago style, cheese steak was delicious, cheddar peppers were super hot, fresh beware that they don't explode when when you bite into them the cheese may burn you. medium master shake oreo vanilla, tots, pretzel twist, blue berry slushy and peach slushy. Be sure to tip your car server!

First time at Sonic’s . It was fun and easy ! I ordered a number one meal . Burger was tasty and shake was super yummy !

I live locally so I come to this location quite frequently for the convenience of the location. My kids love the slushees & blast. I must say I’m impressed by the improvement in the customer service & food quality I’ve been seeing these past few weeks. Usually it’s Ricky who always attends to us & he is always so nice. Even offered a pup cup for my dog!

the staff and management are very friendly here! i stopped in and they were busy with a chicken special, but still super quick!! you could tell they were a little overwhelmed but they handled it well and with a smile :)
i have had bad experiences at almost every other sonic i’ve visited (still keep coming back though! lol), so maybe they just have a good crew at this one. thank you!

we came here after my son's basketball tournament. we ordered on the app to get half off slushies. things were forgotten and it took very long. but i give 5 stars because the manager came out, apologized, and made things right. fast food places only run as good as their manager and the manager here knew what she was doing and was lovely.

Miriam and Rickey were the coolest. The energy pulling up to the speaker and receiving a warm greeting was heartfelt. I've only been in town 2 weeks and I've made Sonic my 2nd go to because their characters are so genuine.

We have eaten here probably four or five times now since it's open. The food is always fresh. Dylan the manager is such a nice guy got a free ice cream from him the other night. Super super busy but super super courteous still. Started to pull away and he said let me give you a spoon for your ice cream. Love kids like this thank you Dylan

It took me and my girlfriend longer to THINK about what to order than them making it and bringing it to us! Very fast service. I ordered double bacon cheeseburger with ONLY lettuce and they did JUST THAT, AND it tasted incredibly fresh. They know how to listen and make things right. Sure sometimes is busy so they can forget stuff but they’re new. They’re definitely better and faster than past checkers here! Very convenient and close to my home than in crest hill! Will be coming here more often!!!

Great experience, some of the best prepared food I’ve had at sonic. Fast and diligent staff.

I’ve been here 3 times in one week. This is my first time eating at a Sonics. The first time my husband ordered a burger (#1) and a lemonade. I didn’t want anything because I really don’t eat this food. I took a bite of his burger and it was delicious! Fresh grilled taste with raw crunchy onions. Yum, yum, yum! I tasted his lemonade and it was so so good! It was so good I went the next day and ordered his meal for lunch. I took my daughter for a treat and she loved the Sonic Blasts!! The service was great. The young ladies that helped us were polite and kind. I will continue to spend my money at this Sonics. Keep up the great work!!!

We ordered through the app. The app was glitchy and we couldn't check in. However, a young man was on top of things and came right out to check on us. Shortly thereafter our food was out and it was hot and fresh. Drinks were good and half price. No complaints!

Went tonight and got a number 1 food was great. Cameron was so polite at the window. The food was fresh and they got my order out to me in a fast manner. So glad we finally have a sonic in town. will be comin again. Especially for my fresh chili cheese tots. So awesome.

Ordered online and everything was hot and ready when we arrived. Food was great. The banana shake is now my favorite and I will be back tomorrow to get another one lol. Everyone working was super nice and prompt. The manager was involved and working not hiding in the back like most places. Great job guys!

The Sonic cheeseburger was fresh and delicious, along with the fries. I do not like chocolate ice cream at all, but that chocolate milkshake my daughter ordered was the best chocolate shake I ever tasted. She always gets a chocolate shake from many different places, and Sonic is the only one I like so far. Sonic will be my go-to for a chocolate shake and more. Keep up the good work Sonic!
