I was able to replace cushions for an older wicker patio set without having to order custom size. Jeff helped me to find just the right fit and answered all my questions regarding foam density and firmness. He also assisted me very patiently with my measurements for a matching custom made chaise cushion set. The quality of all the cushions are high end and with heavy use all are like brand new after 3 years.
I am now wanting to order more cushions for a second home. I’ve tried ordering directly through the site but order won’t go through so hoping to hear back from them after the weekend by email. I highly recommend their work.

100% satisfaction , delivery in a very timely manner, reasonably priced. Actually less expensive than contracting with a local cushion maker, excellent quality. I replaced cushions for my wicker furniture rather than purchasing all new. Jeff and Kenny both were easy to work with on the details of my order.

I'm not sure why there are no reviews for this site. I encourage other buyers to add their experiences and I hope the owner could request customers to leave them a review. This was my one hesitation of the site. Once we got the furniture, we were incredibly happy! The quality is above anyone else's that we've experienced!! We LOVE our patio set!!! I DO recommend this company! I did a ton of research to find the right set and this company delivered perfection! The cushions are 6" thick and the wicker frames are well supported. The furniture is super comfortable. Delivery was easy. I will be recommending this company to friends, family, and strangers. Cheers! Time for a drink on my new patio!!

I am very impressed by this company. Faster delivery than expected (they called me about a week after I ordered to see if they could ship early), great quality, great price. We placed two large orders for teak furniture for our new patio and everything was well packed and easy to put together. Lightyears ahead of the quality of Wayfair and the like (also better customer service). Be sure to look for coupons as we got 10% off on both of our orders.

Patio HQ did a fabulous job on the replacement cushions for my outdoor sofa! I had my doubts at first because they are in the Midwest and I’m in Boston but they had all the measurements that they needed and the cushions are perfectly crafted and fit like a glove! Thank you again!

I placed an order on April 3 (two weeks ago). I have received *zero* information about the status of the order and no shipping information. I have called (you get to leave a voicemail) and emailed multiple times.

The party I originally ordered the furniture for has already passed. Is this place a scam? Did I just waste $1400?!!

Extremely disappointed!! We ordered our cushions in September 2021 and just to be clear, they made the mistake in the size cushion they sent. They have our money, requested we return the cushions, we paid shipping expenses trying to be cooperative and thinking they would be honorable! Prior to ordering, we sent pictures with a ruler and still received the incorrect size. This company and their response has been less than poor and we are not reimbursed for the $100 to ship them back! To this date, we have no cushions and they say it is a problem due to transportation, etc...

I originally bought our outside wicker couch quite a few years back. When I found, years later, the place and phone number I was excited to call to replace the part under the cushions and the cushions themselves. I spoke to a guy name Kenny and I sent him pictures of the mistake on the cushions. I was accidentally sent to left sides back and bottom cushion. So I called Kenny and he saw the problem and said he was going to send the right side cushions right away. Then I got an email from a Jeff. He told me he was only going to send me the covers and not the cushions. If you’ve ever tried to remove these cushions from the cover it is extremely difficult not alone to put on the cover back to the cushion! They usually do this in a factory and is very difficult by hand. I told him I didn’t feel that was our job to do and that I was promised for them just to send me the cushion with the covers already on them. Now through email, this guy Jeff, became very argumentative with me. Telling me that it was no different than buying a television with a bad circuit, that they would only replace the circuit and not the whole TV. I told him I’m not buying a TV I bought a whole couch! And he continues to pick her with me to send me the two proper cushions with the proper cover for the right side of my couch. I paid close to $500 for these replacements and I feel that he should honor our purchase without dispute or argument. I am now asking if there is a supervisor over Jeff. So far I have not gotten a return call. I don’t know how all this is going to work out yet. But Jeff is not handling this situation professionally and to be argumentative with a customer is unacceptable.
