I live nearby, visit this USPS location often & have found the staff to be patient, nice folks. I would also like to acknowledge that our neighborhood mailman Mike (in Dunleath) is fantastic. Feels like he's truly part of our community. I've heard similar remarks from other neighbors too. In the event that appreciative reviews aren't shared very often, I just wanted to Give Thanks.

I needed a replacement key for my mailbox. The postal workers were super helpful.

Not sure why all negative reviews. Went there, got my package, signed out and left. No hassle. Good customer service, the person at the front desk was busy and this lady came from the back to assist people who just had a package to pick up. Cool location from my brief experience.

I have never had a problem with this post office. I prefer going there because they know me; they are friendly, and I see them offer their customers the best deal. I hate to see the negative reviews, but that was that individual's experience. Very seldom do I have to wait a long time in line.

The people working here are super friendly and as soon as a line forms somebody comes from the back to assist and to open up an additional register. I go here often but I am usually in and out in no time.

Staff are very professional and welcoming. I'm in and out in an reasonable amount of time. I've been going here for 2 year's now and never had any complaints.

Clean, supplies fully stocked, and associates were efficient and courteous.

Actually, I have had great experiences at this Post office, with friendly staff going out of their way to help me and make suggestions.

I stopped for stamps. Used the machine and credit card. Everything went well. I'll be back.

Its a long line somtimes but it goes fast. The staff are very efficient...

Although, I've never had a problem with any of the employees there, and everyone has always been very friendly, but, they DEFINITELY could use some extra help when things get a little backed up at times.
