My review is based on the employee that helped me around 01/05/24 or somewhere around that date. My husband was working on a job, and he sent me there with a list that even I didn’t understand. I was walking around aimlessly trying to find out what these items were - being I didn’t want to put out any employees if I’m being honest here. It seems most people don’t want to help much anymore, but I must give credit where credit is definitely due. I asked the First Gentleman I saw when I realized I was going to be there all day if I didn’t ask for help. The lucky man was named Hunter, and that’s all I know about him. He took my list and he spent awhile with me, and he got every single item listed, right. There was nothing missing or incorrect when I got all of the listed items back to my husband. It actually felt great to have been taken care of so well. It’s hard to find that kind of customer service anywhere. Customer service is lacking terribly anymore. Hunter, I’m not sure if you’ll see this, but please know you were so very helpful and appreciated beyond words. Thank you for all of the time you took to make sure my husband and father-in-law had exactly they asked for. We were in there several more times, but they didn’t have the pleasure of meeting you. You are an outstanding employee that went above and beyond what most would do. Thank you again.

Always had a good experience at this Lowe's. Went in to get some lumber one day and the guy that helped me went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. On top of that he was very friendly and acted like he really enjoyed his job.

Yall are expensive because you have so much good stuff and I spend way too much money whenever I visit. AKA I love everything I buy here. I get great deals. And it's the BEST place for quality Christmas stuff.

Update… 3/5/24… Paul & Kelly both tried to help Us find a product. Kelly went above & beyond! She was so kind! Such great customers service in this store!
We were delighted Robin & Then Roger helped Us today, as The Store had been out of a product! We are thankful for their service, & always find the employees very helpful!

My husband and I were there for lumber, and we brought our puppy to work on training with distractions. The employees loved seeing a dog and were very understanding when he got chatty. One even gave him a treat after he sat down! Very thankful to have a store that allows well behaved, leashed pets.

Favorite Lowes in the area! Great team working their order ahead pick up orders. Unless it's 5pm...Don't pick up from 5:00 to 6:30. It's madness!

Love going there to get what I need because if I do need help the employees are always there willing to help me

I enjoy most is the friendly staff with knowledge of what they have and where it's located in the store. Awesome time saver over their competition retail stores.

Good place for everyday household repair and renovations.
Prices are pretty competitive. Once in a while you get with customer service issues, but it usually works out at the end.
Will continue shopping here.

Good staff. Good place to bring the dog on a rainy day. Older gentleman in hardware was spot on. Very helpful, wish I caught his name. My bad. But he was fun and knew exactly where my niche items were

Left Broken Arrow Lowes due to the rudest asst manager I have ever dealt with. Went to the Bixby Lowes and bought a $6900.00 mower. Best customer service. Thank you Sierra, Julio, Vincent and Allen. It was a team effort. You guys made my experience AWESOME. Broken Arrow doesnt care about customer service SO they lost out on a big sale. Thank you Bixby Lowes!!!!

Very helpful staff, Jessie, the overnight manager went out of his way to help above and beyond. Larry in plumbing was very helpful to resolve an issue and provided the perfect fittings to fix my issue.

Oh baby you, you got what I need! Helpful staff that tell me where stuff is. I used to hunt around until I found the needed item. Now, I immediately ask a Lowe's employee and save myself about 15 minutes!😜 Clean and organized store and the self checkout kiosks have improved tremendously.

Purchased new carpet and stainmaster padding. The Flooring department was great help and very patient with us while we "fiddled and farted" on our choice.
The install by Midwest Flooring however WAS another story. Will never use them again. Rude, unprofessional, and managed to damage new paint and trim. Even managed to get black boot marks on the new paint.
Made a few phone calls to ASM, Kevin... He took care of business. Contacting the installer and making things right. Sending the installer back to make corrections.
We Cannot thank Kevin enough.
Great asset for Lowe's. Friendly and understanding of our situation.
Two more rooms to carpet...
Will make our future purchase at Lowe's Bixby.....
And install it ourselves.

Thank goodness for Stephanie in the cabinet department! She went above and beyond helping my crew with an issue. She communicated with us and pulled through for us. You do not get service like hers that often anymore. We appreciate you Stephanie. I have faith in Lowe’s again.
