We had a really good experience here, as my order came out and I was checking it cause I travel an hour home I realized I was missing one item and another item was made incorrectly. However, this boy who had just got to his shift named josh came out to ask what was wrong with my order, as he came back and forth trying to fix it after a few tries it still wasn’t correct. I asked to speak to the manager, the manager came out spoke to me, another lady who has just got there as I watched also joined the manager and between all three of them fixed my order. The reason it’s so important it is for me to write this review is because, not once did any three of them give me bad attitude or negativity, they were all positive and quick to fix our meal due to food allergies. Shoutout to the shift working after 5p.m 4/26/22 thank you to this crew.

I only got a drink, but I've been there before and the food was good. The service is almost always great and the atmosphere is good.

Staff is very friendly. I order online and once I arrive they are quick to bring out my order. ALWAYS TIP these individuals it’s how they pay their bills.

I never thought i would write a review on this place but today i was expecting to wait a long time for someone to answer because every slot was taken up except the one i pulled up to. This young lady answered within 5 sec of me pressing the button. then was so nice!!! Convicted me to get a little more plus a combo i was just in for 2 things. It took no longer than 10 minutes and on my way again. Honestly the best customer service ive ever had thank you!!

Service was alright. But the food was great. For myself ? I had a shake. I don’t eat garbage from fast food places. But all my buddies always inform me that “oh it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread “

This place is awesome! Customer service was like I was at a 5 star restaurant! All the carhops were awesome but the one that stuck out the most was Rion. Such a kind kid! Additionally, I was greeted by the managers and they are the best! Love this place! The best in silver! I'll eat here before I die. This is where I want to be buried! Love it! ❤

Really great service. Somehow my wallet fell under my seat and I thought I wouldn’t be able to pay. Michael (our server) paid for our food himself. I came back with cash of course, but it’s people like Michael who remind you there’s a lot of good people in the world.

Friendly staff. They bend over backwards for what you want. We go a few times a week for a chocolate strawberry diet Dr Pepper! They know us by sight and welcome us each time with a bunch of great smiles!

We ordered with the application and our order was ready ASAP.

My husband and I went to get a fountain drink. It was fast and easy to order..great customer service. Will definitely be back!

We have a couple of sidecar rigs and take our 3 dogs with us. They love going to Sonic and having a couple of hamburger patties!!
