My husband Jessie is a local mechanic, he sends me to NAPA to pick up his parts for him. Gen, Alicia, and Nichole are always super helpful. I go in and say Jessie sent me for… and they always get it for me, and if they don’t have it in stock they order it and have it for me to get the next day. They’re all friendly, professional, and helpful!

Nicole,Gen & Lila were very knowledgeable with great customer service every time I go into that store. I value their service and I’m definitely going back to get more parts for my European made car which is very hard to fine parts for, and the girls are very patient through the hole process.

my air conditioner broke on the way to silver city from Albuquerque, had my 16 month old son with me, all other auto parts stores either didn't have the part or gave us the run around on ordering it, Napa had the part 8am the next day, luckily my husband is a mechanic, thank you Napa, Silver City.
