Joe's Pizza & Arcade

Love the Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream they sell!!! I just discovered it a year a ago and it's my favorite ice cream in Eastern Iowa. I love the Halley's Comet, Kitty Kitty Bang Bang, Mint Chip, and the Raspberry Rhapsody is really good too. They are worth every calorie. I know they are popular for their pizza but I haven't tried that yet.

One of THE best pizzas I've ever had! Loved how they're made from scratch with PLENTY of toppings. Had the BLT one and was surprised how good it was (never thought lettuce would work on a pizza, but it does!) Had great service from the really nice lady there, who was really welcoming and chatty. And the ice cream!? My word, they were good! Spoiled for choice though, as they have an abundance of flavours to choose from. If you're in or near Guttenberg and craving a pizza or ice cream, you've GOT to try this place! Can't wait to return for more!

When we drive to places near the Mississippi River, here's a favorite place to get one of our favorite ice cream flavors in a cone or in a cup. Everyone of us had our special request fulfilled thanks to staff at Joe's Pizza in Guttenberg Iowa. They have a game room in back and a unisex bathroom. Pizza also served here, enjoy! River flows across the street from here. Thank you, we always come back when in town visiting!

Had the crab ragoon pizza, it's is amazing with the sweet chili sauce

We dined in and watched many to go pizzas go out. Tables were full of others dining in. Very friendly staff, pizza was yummy. Arcade in back for wait time to go smoothly if you have kids.

The only place to along the river. Pizza 🍕 was loaded with ingredients and covered with cheese .. maybe too much cheese 🧀.

This is the best place to have lunch with your family. Pizzas are awesome taste. You can have combined pizza like half cheese and half veggie in 1 pizza or half chicken and half crab (They add honey for the chicken and crab pizza if you don't like sweet taste in a pizza ask them to not add). Ice creams are really good. Staffs are really great they take your order patiently and tells all the possibilities.

Not only the restaurant is great actually you can get the pizza and sit in the park which is just in front of this shop and you can have a best view of Mississippi river. Enjoy, relax, view, pizza, lots of table and chairs, good shadow under tree. This is one of my best place.

Nice little pizza place right on main street. I walked from The Landing Inn, which is just a block away. I had the taco, and it was delicious. Service was great, as it was super busy, but i had my pizza in the expected time. Ice cream is also served here, too. Dine in or carry out. There are arcade games in the back for the kids.

The absolute best pizza in the tri-state area. You can smell the deliciousness blocks away and it just draws you in. Service is always excellent and you’re consistently met with a smile from the person behind the counter. Who doesn’t want pizza and ice cream!?! Guttenberg is lucky to have Joe’s Pizza!

We have always had good experiences here, but today was above and beyond. A BIG thank you to the generous, nice guys working tonight and making my daughters day!

Great small town pizza place! The pizza is amazing and the sauce is just the right amount of tart. I tried the Joe's special. It has a large arcade and is across the street from the river so it's definitely worth checking out. It also has an ice cream shop which goes great with the pizza choices. Friendly staff and fast service as well. Can't wait to go back!

Gosh!!! Amazing it is truly a must stop when coming to this town (Guttenberg IA)

If you are in the mood for great homemade pizza after spending the day on the river or just cruising through town. The place is worth the stop. Even though the pizza is great leave room for the ice cream.

We had the "Joe's Special" pizza. It was wonderful. Great pizza crust, very tasty pizza sauce along with lots of toppings and cheese. The ice cream was excellent, a super premium ice cream with so many flavor choices. It was hard to decide on which flavor to try. I had a scoop of the french vanilla and burnt butterscotch ice cream...oh so good!! The counter staff were so attentive and helpful, even though they were very busy. It was a great dining experience.

The best pizza in tri-state area. A casual restaurant. It’s nice to dine i in or take your pizza to go! If you don’t have a pizza while visiting Guttenberg you are missing one of the best attractions!
