Cannot say enough positive things about Conor. He has been fantastic with my now 15 year old. He has helped a tremendous amount in all aspects of pitching. Arm care, mental preparation, strength, flexibility,ect... And most importantly, puts it all together. Waaaay more than lifting weights and pull downs.

Such a great place! Conor has been amazing since the first time he started working with my son. His knowledge of baseball and how to break down the skills to teach the kids the correct mechanics is top notch. Highly recommend CSP for all things baseball….. like a big club house where baseball boys of all ages love to hang ⚾

The CSP instructors give the elite training needed to get your player to the next level. I have 2 girls. Both of them have been seeing CSP instructors for Pitching, Hitting, Fielding, Catching, Strength and Conditioning over the past couple of years. I can see the improvement each and every week in the field, on the mound and at the plate. I highly recommend them!!
