We first dealt with Josue and the manager and nothing seemed too get together they then left after making an account in there name just for Jason to do all the work jason successfully got us transferred over too tmobile with no issues we have too wait on the 2 other phones but no big deal. Thank you Jason for your hard work and dedication!

My husband and I came into the store this past Saturday. We have been Verizon customers since 2009 and over the last few years the service and customer service has deteriorated, so we decided to switch to T-Mobile. Melvin and Josue spent a few hours with us, getting everything switched over and setting up new phones for us. They are definitely an asset to this store/T-Mobile. Their customer service is by far better than we have received at Verizon, and so far we’ve had service in places that we didn’t have with vz.

Amazing costumer service, it’s a relief from dealing with Verizon and the Verizon Store across the street.

My fiancé, her mother and I switched 4 lines over to T-Mobile. In addition we are getting internet also from T Mobile (dropping Spectrum) and saving more.

It was an amazing experience. The store manager Melvin and Jason were amazing with helping with the transition.

The savings and costumer service we received was truly amazing !

The assistant manager was great. I sat on the phone with T-Mobile for 3.25 hours with run around then told I'd get call back which I never did. Went into this store he helped in less then a minute and then made sure other steps worked before I left that I did not know you'd need. A+

Andrew spoke with me over the phone and helped me with a very simple task, but I had many questions. I had to call three times but he was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. He saved me from having to drive an hour to the nearest T-Mobile or Apple store. He’s a great asset to the company from where I sit.

After A misunderstanding took place, the store manager Frankie took initiative all on her own to call me and work out our problems. It was her personal mission to right the wrong that happened and she fixed it all. A woman of integrity, I am forever grateful her kindness and understanding, and a new happy t mobile customer. My new phone is pretty rad too.

My wife and i just went to the batavia store and had a great experience there. Melvin and his staff were fantastic and they ended up saving us some money!! We highly recommend them!!

Last night while I was at the store in Batavia, two wonderful employees namely Tina and Kyra Went above and beyond all expectations to make sure that all of their customers received excellent professional support and service even after the store was to be closed for the night.
Despite the occurrence of one irate customer, these two fantastic employees maintained respectful, friendly, and very professional composure, while stopping at nothing to resolve any and all issues.
The irate customer was yelling obscenities, making up lies, trying to engage other customers to join her side (to no avail) as all other customers could plainly see that the staff had nothing to do with this irate behavior and were only doing everything they could to help.

My experience with both Ms. Tina and Ms. Kyra was nothing short of excellent and professional. These two representatives were over the top helpful, friendly, and kind.
They Worked very diligently together to ensure a very positive environment. The service provided by these lovely ladies was second to none and I will be asking for either of their assistance in the future. I am very pleased with my visit and interactions with them.

Thank you Tina and Kyra for your excellence, you two are the REAL M.V.P.s! If I could give 10 🌟, I'd give you both 11.

My family and I are not from Batavia. However, Emily was a great help with all the major upgrades needed for my family. In addition, she provided additional assistance in showing us the various ways of using the various devices. She was extremely knowledgeable and get customer care.

I can't say enough great things about Batavia's T Mobile. I never leave reviews, but I had such a great experience here. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, especially Emily. She answered all of my questions and helped me pick out the right phone and plan to fit my needs. Keep up the good work!
