Had to get my parents a room when they lost power during the last ice storm. Managed to get the last room on site. The staff were incredibly friendly, and very caring, they weren't price gouging people like other motels in Rockdale were, and the updates are great!

Not a bad place. I have stayed here a few times for work.
room is always clean..
no.. no roaches.. crickets.. but crickets are gonna get in..
ac was fine. needs the filter cleaned,but works well. pool is nice. quite.. room cleaning for long term workers would be nice.. currently they only pull the trash and give me clean towels.. If I ask,they'll will do a total room clean change the sheets.
My stuff is never messed with..
it's not a bad place.. price is very fair. customer service at the counter has always been nice.. never any issues. now.. internet.. well.. that could be better.. but its a Rockdale thing.. internet is bad all over rockdale. 8n

The the service wasn't that bad the first lady I met at the front desk was super nice, but the second employee she literally look me up and down and rolled her eyes at me with her smelly cigarette in her mouth the audacity ... that was like a "strike one" for me ... When I first enter my room IAC unit didn't work .. it was dirty stuff still inside my room the sheets and floors was dirty. "Strike Two" lol ...
(I bring my own blankets and pillows)
I asked if they could fix my AC unit and they did.
THIS place is cheap.
And when you book "cheap" places you get what you paid 😉... The bare minimum service don't expect too much when you get here.
All in All I'll give them a two star ⭐ ⭐

I would give this a zero if I could! Absolutely the worst hotel ever!
checked in and was given a dirty room. The room had dead bugs, toenail clipping on the bed and chair, and what looked like blood on the ac unit. I took photos of this and would add if I could.
When asked for a refund and they said to call hotels.com (where I booked) and took the key to the room. When the front desk employee was asked about getting a different room instead he just said to call the number to get assistance and left the hotel premises without issuing another key. The number did not get any results. Now they want to charge me for the whole stay they didn’t even give a new clean room or the old room key card back. So now it was 9:05 pm and I had to find another hotel to book and stay at. Luckily I found one down the street and so much better!
Now I am trying to get my refund for $180 and they don’t want to provide it.
Again DO NOT BOOK HERE!

Edit: the hotel refused to issue any sort of refund and basically told me to F off. Hotels.com did handle what they could on their end. Do not use this hotels they thieves!

Literally the WORST customer service ever!!!! They are absolutely filthy, there were roaches in the room, and when we brought it to their attention, the first thing that lady said was, "well let me tell you a story...we had a guest say that we had bed bugs, and it turns out they came from his things."

First of all....ARE YOU TELLING ME YOU HAVE BED BUGS?! Second, I KNOW YOU ARE NOT SAYING WE BROUGHT ROACHES HERE WHEN IT WAS WHAT WE SAW AS SOON AS WE OPENED THE DOOR!

Not to mention, we paid our deposit via card. When we checked in, we paid the remaining balance in cash, and they STILL CHARGED our card $70 and would not return it. They tried to justify the charge. On our receipt it says CLEAR AS DAY that the balance was -$70.

The front desk Barbara was rude beyond compare, if I could give this place a 0, I would. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

This is not a place to stay if traveling alone. It's a dump and they let crack heads stay long term. The bed has springs poking you in the back and a small a/c for cooling. The hotel is not maintained at all.

Save your time and money from this place! The service the customer service is absolutely the worst! The staff is very rude. And the rooms are not well kept.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed at they rented the room to me and my girlfriend than charged a pet fee witch was not really bad but than the crazy house keeper is scared of the dog and freaked out witch made my dog freak out so had to put him in the restroom than asked for a microwave and they brought it to my room all nasty and not even working I asked for a nother one than she asked sacrerty to come get the Brock one and he shows up with a bud light 25oz in his hand I wouldn't recommend this place for a animal or humans
