Done Right Roofing

We had major storm damage and talked to several roofing companies. Bill was by far the most knowledgeable and professional person that I talked to. The team of workers were fantastic and respectful of our property. They did a great job of clean up and really spent a lot of time making sure they got all the construction debris around the house. Bill also worked with us when we had some unexpected issues with our old roof come up. So impressed with everything they did!

Do not wait to get them involved, full disclosure I have not at this point been able to give them the green light to replace my entire roof.... YET. But I will do so, posthaste when I can.

Background, had DRR swing by to give me an estimate and discuss my "roof issues" (replacing a shingle roof that was only 6 years old). They did so, and pointed out several issues I and the prior three other "roofers" missed (things that
a year and half later have now cost me significant pain and capital). An educational hour later they left, leaving me a quote in the middle of the pricing tier from the then four contractors that also gave me estimates.

Storm came in a few months later, they called to see if I was going to "pull the trigger" and replace the roof. I could not and let them know about additional roof damage I just suffered. They came bye and replaced a small section of missing shingles free of charge in anticipation of a full replacement.

Several more months later another storm ripped additional shingles off, and again they returned at my request and would not take payment.

The ONLY shingles that I have not had to personally replace while working to improve my situation were the ones DRR replaced. That was over a year ago and my financial situation has not afforded me the ability to have the work done to the home they would need done prior to them replacing my roof.

Fast forward to now, every issue they pointed out that EVERY other firm missed has become the bane of my existence. They told me what would happen and how to mitigate it (which I have done to the best of my ability).

When I am finally able to do so, I will only use DRR, they seem to have some form of precognition and coupled with their genuine care for their nonpaying customers you could do not better.

Done Right Roofing is the only choice for any type of roof repair or replacement. Bill guided me through the process and made me fill comfortable with my choices. He explained every step of the process and provided multiple shingle samples for my approval. The crew he has is also amazing. Cleanup each day was perfect and at the end of the job you could not even see they had been there. My roof is beautiful and I am completely satisfied with Done Right Roofing.

I used Done Right Roofing 15 years ago and when it came time to replaced the roof again I had no reservations using them again. Bill took the time to explain the changes in roof and shingles products. Also the workmanship and leaving the jobsite clean was top notch.

Bill and Done Right Roofing replaced the roofs on my house and shed in 2017 after they were damaged by a tornado and replaced the roof on my mother’s house in 2020. In both instances, they were responsive to my request and they did a fantastic job of the highest quality in replacing the roofs. Since these roofs have been replaced, we have had a number of bad storms with high winds and heavy rain and the roofs have held up without any issues.

Bill and Done Right also made two repairs to the new roof on my shed due to damage caused by squirrels around one of the vent pipes. When I contacted Bill about the problems, he came out either the same day or the next morning to make a temporary fix to prevent leaks until the final repair could be made. Once the final repair was made, the repair matched the quality of the original work and seamlessly blended with the prior work.

I believe Bill is an honest and forthright businessman. His calm demeanor and clear, uncomplicated communication style was helpful to me as I embarked on this rather daunting construction project (sheet metal re-roofing of our home and two other sizeable buildings). The crew leader, OD, was super-competent and clearly set the tone for the crew. He’s one of the most professional and confidence-inspiring individuals I’ve encountered in my 70 years. Finally, details matter. From the drone pilot’s pre-construction roof photography to the type of screws used, to the hand-bending of flashing, I’m convinced this job will last long past my lifetime. It appears that Done Right really does do the job right.

This company put a roof on our farmhouse about 20 years ago. Great job & cleanup then! After subsequent additions to the house (& a roof NOT done by “Done Right “) ,We had a huge bulge from an improperly installed section of decking,& hail damage on shingles & warped decking in two spots. They came out Saturday & fixed both for us. We are elderly , & my husband couldn’t get up there to do it. When the roof (asphalt shingles) needed a few repairs after a hailstorm, my neighbor highly recommended Done Right Roofing in Milano. Over many years, she said, Done Right had done excellent work on her roof, and she would not use any other company. I called, and a team from Done Right came out today. They secured the loose vent pipe cover, glued down shingles that were sticking up, and repaired two broken vent covers on the roof ridge. The team from Done Right worked quickly and efficiently on all the repairs. Very pleased to have this work completed by Done Right Roofing!

High quality, professional and very neat. They did an excellent job. They only use high quality shingles, vents, etc.. They picked up all nails and any other materials that were discarded. I was impressed with the service and cleanliness. I love my new roof!!
