Quality Inn

It was super cold the evening we checked in. Got to our room and the heater was broken. The front desk staff was super caring and immediately offered to move us to a new room. He was also nice enough to get us extra blankets as we first did not want to move. Everything was quick, easy and with no fuss. The front desk gentleman I believe David is honestly a great people person. Rooms were clean, stocked and had all the amenities you need. I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel

As always our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.
My only complaint would be that there is 0 cell service and that makes it hard to communicate with family while we are there.

My husband and I needed to stay in Rockdale for the night. From the moment we arrived we were treated very well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and smelled clean too!! While the hotel had a full parking lot it was quiet and I had no problems sleeping well. Where as in other hotels I typically do.
I'm a very picky eater and couple that with being a vegetarian it's difficult for me but I'm resourceful 😂.
They offered to make me fresh eggs for breakfast. I was so happy to hear they don't use pasteurized eggs!! She's great at making eggs & potatoes! 😁
After we checked out they called us to let us know my husband had left his suit! No hotel has ever done that.
So I give this hotel and it's staff a 10!! Thank y'all so much for your hospitality and kindness!!

Last month we were lucky enough to rent one of the last two rooms available that night. The desk clerk, whose name did not get, was so polite, friendly and helpful. Another female employee was in the lobby and also very helpful. They had room for us to park a pickup pulling a very long trailer! Though not necessary for us, the room was a handicapped suite. It was large, very clean and comfortable. The beds were wonderful. Breakfast the next morning was well organized and good.

We left our jackets in the breakfast room by accident. I emailed that night and was contacted by Tina the next day. After a few emails and arrangements made for a prepaid label, Tina mailed our jackets to us.

We were quite pleased all around with the Quality Inn at Rockdale, Texas!

Stayed here for softball when we went to state. after reading the reviews i thought it was a bad hotel once i got there it was clean smelled nice and there is nooo bed bugs trust me. the staff was REALLY nice. the only thing that don’t have a pool but that’s fine! They have a Breakfast area in the morning and a Fitness room!! This should be a 5 star hotel. Will Definitely stay there again when i get older!! ❤

Tammy at the front desk was very polite and made sure to meet our every need after a bad experience at another hotel the the night before. Rooms were clean and neat and the leinen was actually clean thank god. The evening lady at the front desk maggie was very helpful when we needed something. would most definitly come back

Great Customer Service. I stayed a week got to meet all of the Employees and when I say this is a place to come to chill and just get away this is the spot. Thank Yall for being Awesome.

Best sleep ive had in years. The bed was incredibly perfect. Not too soft, not too firm. Way better than the bed at home and I just bought a brand new nectar.

It was very nice and clean, the staff was amazing, people like us were coming in this morning getting away from Hurricane Harvey and the sweet lady at the front desk was making sure they had breakfast some of this families had children, that was a very nice thing to do.

We spent almost a week here. Great people and great room. We were in Rockdale for the birth of our grandchild.

I can't think of anything that got on my nerves.

Hopefully I can get back out to Texas and I would definitely stay here again.

Great little hotel neighbors were being really loud I called the front desk and they had them quiet down real fast. Breakfast was also pretty good nothing to complain about for the price you pay.

Well the beds are big nice clean beautiful and there in a perfect spot

I was here for 2 days a week for six weeks taking my mom to radiation treatments. The staff and especially the manager, Tina, we're all so kind and knowing my situation, they made a bad situation a bit better. They went above what they had to.

When you are tired and the bed is comfy, that's the best!

One of the nicer Quality Inns at which I have stayed. The AC was a little old school but worked like a champ. Would stay here again if I was in the area.
