Tires Plus

This shop is well managed with respectful, considerate, and thorough employees. After getting a flat tire, they assisted with changing the spare and ordering/installing a new tire. And buying tires here has been nothing short of excellent. They stand by the service provided as well as the products they sell. And their communication is consistent and reliable. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to this location for a complete tire replacement. My tire size was initially not available but the store manager was contacted (without me asking) to bring them in from a different location. Then offered multiple same day and next day appointment availabilities.

Upon arrival for my new appointment the following day, the staff were unable to locate my appointment but immediately slotted me in at that time regardless.

Total visit was approximately two hours while I waited for the service to be completed. During that time, I was able to witness Leon at the front counter providing remarkable customer services. Every phone call was answered politely, multiple walk-ins were immediately taken care of, and this was all while fielding numerous questions from other patrons about warranty and product pros/cons.

I was skeptical about coming to this location after preemptively reading reviews. However, every interaction I could see during my visit was nothing short of exemplary.

Would absolutely recommend this shop and will be returning for future needs.

I've been there a couple of three times and all my experiences was five star and they have great hospitality pretty cool people and the air is free and beat that.

I went to take my mom's tire to inspect and fix if it's leaking and all. Mr. LEON was very professional and informative.

The staff and the manager are amazing people. They are so helpful, kind and considerate.

So friendly and helpful! I thought i had a tire emergency and went to tires plus as soon as they opened. They helped me right away & it turns out it was a simple fix. They had me on my way in a couple of minutes. Made my day!

I got a flat tire on labor day weekend and after hearing a bunch of "we're fully booked for the day, sorry" from every other place I called, this location was able to save the day. It wouldn't have been a problem to wait for service if I wasn't 300+ miles from home since I was in town visiting family for the holiday. I am grateful that they were able to fix my tire and get it back on my car. Now I am about to hit the road back home, safely!

Amazing incredibly friendly service. Very efficient, was on a time crunch and they were able to fit me in perfectly with no issue. Definitely will be back for more services! I used to go to a Nissan dealership and always had issues, and have had multiple car leaks after oil changes but not with this Tires Plus. I’m very satisfied with their service!

Doing my best to be impartial. Crud happens. Hottest week of the month. Tires Plus in Roseville had broken air conditioner machinery so we brought our car here. It involved a lot of back and forth. The initial solution only lasted 15 or so minutes. So we had to come back. We needed a rental for my husband to get to work, but there was a mix up. At the end of a 5 day ordeal, the car was repaired and my husband was happy with the resolution. Hopefully, things get better for the guys working there. My husband said they seemed exhausted.

I usually take my car to my Honda dealership for service, but since it was a leaky tire I was looking for someplace close. I was super nervous about trying a new place but I was so impressed, I will definitely keep this place in mind in the future. When I called for an appointment, Robert got me scheduled ASAP. When I arrived, I felt so welcomed, appreciated, and taken care of. Dennis worked on my tire (I had a leaky valve). When he noticed some corrosion that might prevent him from removing the valve without breaking my sensor, he and Robert took the time to let me know before doing the work so I wouldn’t be surprised by the extra charge. Dennis even showed me the valve to make sure I understood the problem and he had my full trust moving forward. Thank goodness he was able to remove it after all! His skills saved me from having to replace my sensor :) I am so pleased with the service and expertise these two men provided that I will definitely be returning in the future. Five stars! Great! recommend them highly... Here's my story time. I get done with work and on the way home, I discovered I have a leaky tire and I also lost a serpentine belt. I called Tires Plus at 7:00 in the morning, they're the only store open and tell them my problem and they say I can come right in. Problems are quickly fixed, thank you very much Tires Plus. BWT the tire was free to fix I have road hazard.

Leon at Tires Plus was THE BEST. He went out of his way to accomodate me and my destroyed tire, and he also made sure that I was aware of what I needed to know about the condition of my other tires.
He was also completely pleasant to deal with, and made me feel well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back to this business, and would recommend it to everyone.

The woman who worked with us was terrific - very knowledgeable and pleasant. I wish I had gotten her name. Everything was done in a timely manner and met our expectations.

I had an appointment scheduled with the Snelling location and they cancelled it without informing me and had no interest in making my situation right....I’m an adult with a disability and this completely messed up my day. I called the larpentuer location and even while upset and overwhelmed the manager (Robert) greeted me warmly and told me he’d take care of me and he could get me right in. I brought my car in and they made the whole process effortless and handled me with so much kindness and professionalism that it completely turned around my experience! This team nails it and treats their customers like family! I can’t recommend them enough!

I've worked with Leon twice now, and another guy once. Both were fantastic answering the million questions I've had about my vehicle, why something was needed, why my previous tires I got at one of the corporate stores sucked on my car (sidewalls weren't as firm). Leon is always very patient with me, and I'm happy that he is here because getting work done on my car is always scary because 1) I'm gay, and have been told that some mechanics will mess with your car because of that, and 2) I'm not-NT (hence the million questions) and cars really aren't my thing.

It repairs my car fast and done excellent condition.

I had a tire emergency. Leon and his techs were amazing. I didn't have an appointment, but they were able to service my vehicle 15 minutes before close! I can take my road trip in the morning and have peace of mind that my tires are safe! Thank you Leon and TiresPlus!

Tires Plus always gets my card done quickly and fast. Leon and Robert both work hard M provide good customer service. They have good mechanics and 1 master mechanic. I run a business and they take care of my vehicles and keeps them up and running.

I had a great experience here as my car was making a strange noise and both Robert and the technician working on my car were very helpful, kind, and efficient. I recommend this location for their willingness to help and ability to get work done well. Robert especially went above and beyond to make sure my car got done even though they were busy. I’ll be sure to go back here next time I need something done!

Popped my front passenger tire today and came In to their shop, helped me out nice and easy just that they didn't have my tire size in stock but got it done within a couple of hours.
