Yankee Candle

This place is amazing I really prefer it to bath and body. Their candle scents are always awesome and their employees are always kind, helpful, and full of life. This time when I stopped by for a gift an employee by the name of Mia with some crazy rad hair showed me a hand full of scent each better than the last. In the end she pointed me in the direction of their candles and I left happy and satisfied with my purchase. Not once did I feel like she was shoving any type of promotion down my throat like at other stores.

I went here in search of one candle and one only. I had a terrible day. I went in and they didn't have the candle I wanted but the ladies were so sweet! One was Laura and the other was a manager I believe. They talked me into a different Halloween candle and a Eucalyptus candle. They were kind and cheered me up instantly with their helpfulness. Neither knew my day was horrible but I would like them to know they they helped me have a better day.

Tim is so awesome! Took time to explain the different formulas, scents, and collections and my fiancé and I both left with smiles on our faces. Best customer service we’ve had in a while. Never change, Tim!
