Great sandwich! Had a gentleman and a woman working. Felt bad for the male employee as the female couldn't seem to get off her phone at the counter. He did the greeting and made an excellent sandwich! Overall good food, clean atmosphere, would order here again!

Shocked at how nice of a Subway this is. Super modern. Took a bit longer than other Subway's for them to build a sandwich but it was worth the wait. They'll work out the kinks. Give it a go!

We were passing through on our way home from Colorado. Sarah, the AMAZING employee, provided us with EXCELLENT customer service. Fast, friendly, and could actually carry on a conversation. Definitely an asset to your store. Even though it was a little out of our way, we'd return because the service was so good. Customer service DOES make a difference!

I loved how the staff helped the new girl!!!! It was so kind!! This is what team work looks like they spoke kindly even when she slipped up and jumped in to help without taking over. They also did not forget about their customers by taking the lead when the line got going.

Stopped here to grab a sandwich before working a football game in town on a Friday. Honestly the most modern looking subway I have ever been in. The young man behind the counter was probably the best employee I've seen at Subway. I asked him if he was working by himself, as he was very busy juggling pick up orders, the one person ahead of me, and then my sandwich. He said that he was, and that was OK. It's my opinion although he doesn't appear to need help handing himself in a timely manner, that he could of used a partner to help him with those mobile orders. Regardless, I had my sandwich in just a few minute of stepping through the door, and the service was excellent.

By far the best Subway I've ever been to, Subway was my first job out of high school so I am very critical and skeptical of how my sandwiches are made . This is the only location that I feel welcomed, comfortable, and confident that my sandwiches are being made perfect to my liking. It's definitely worth it to make the drive all the way to Benton City just for the assurance I'll be met with some perfectly baked bread and cookies compared to other Subways in Tri Cities.. veggies are cut perfectly, and they bake the bread so perfect every time

Ordered 6 party platters. They did a wonderful job to call and confirm the order, ready on time, and was sure to include all the condiments and napkins needed.

Ordered on line with app. They made the order while i was driving there. When arrived it was ready, just as I had requested. The staff was fast and it was nice to hear pleasant voices.

So happy to have Subway here for a great fresh sandwich. Since it's a small/new store sometimes things are out and you roll with the punches. Staff is great.

New, clean, establishment. Not too quick of service just yet ( new location and training employees ) but the customer service is great. Glad to have this in Benton City.

Good food. Definitely one of the better Subways in the Tri-Cities. They're always friendly and they give a military discount. I definitely recommend this place.

They did an excellent job at 6 in my granddaughter a five-year-old what she wanted with no problems and they did it with a smile yes we'll go back

Great, the lady that helped me was very nice and very patient with my kids when they wanted to pick what was on their sandwiches.

Very clean and modern, easily the best subway I've been too. Staff was friendly and you can tell management puts in a lot of effort.
