Words cannot describe my appreciation for Wardlow Auctions and their help after both of my parents passed away within the last two years. I knew being the only child I would need help liquidating the contents of their estate. I reached out to Wardlow Auctions because my parents had worked with Rick Wardlow on several charity auctions over the years. Allee, Emily and the team started work at my parents house in September. The team would spend five to six days a week researching, cleaning, photographing and cataloging items for the auctions. They have their process down to a science. The last of the auctions ended in early January. Three auctions and 2,000+ items/lots later. If you are ever needing an auction company look no further than Wardlow Auctions.

As an executor of an estate, I gave Wardlow a request to auction all the contents of a larger house on January 15 with a closing date of February 16. They were extremely efficient in getting in to start the process of photographing and detailing every item in approximately one week. They had the auction items on their website by February 1. The auction was held on Monday the 12th with auction items picked up on the 14 th . Then on February 15 they totally cleaned up the house so that I was able to close on Friday the 16. Caitlin was professional and efficient and I did not have to lift a finger during the ridiculously short amount of time I had required. I give them 6* on a 5*basis.

Absolutely positively AMAZING experience with Wardlow. I found myself in an extremely challenging situation and Caitlin Wardlow assured me she could take on my job -- she and her team exceeded my hopes and expectations a thousand-fold. Caitlin is a professional who gets things done thoughtfully, properly and thoroughly -- she also provides invaluable compassionate and caring support. Challenges, complexities, hiccups were all handled appropriately. I count my lucky stars to have had the good fortune to work with Wardlow -- I shall be forever grateful to everyone on the Wardlow team who took care of my needs.

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful we are for Wardlow Auctions. We live 500 miles away and when my sister passed away unexpectedly we started clearing out her house and belongings. We soon found that as much as we could take of, there were multiple amounts of things we could not. Some things needed people with special talents, some just needed muscle which at our age is just not there. Our wonderful estate attorney suggested Wardlow and we are so glad he did. We did what we could, headed home and they took care of everything else. I don’t know what we would have done without them.

Joe Gribbins from Wardlow Auctions worked so hard. He was a life saver. He cleaned, carefully packed and moved all of my brother's collectibles and antique furniture. Everything was photographed and researched. There was a description of every piece. Open house was held at their office with everything displayed beautifully. Also open houses were held at house and also by appointment.
I was given spiral bound books of all pictures and descriptions. I will treasure these.
Wardlow took care of all pick up and shipping of everything. I was kept well-informed at all times by Joe
I now consider Joe a good friend. Thank you Joe.

Wardlow is fantastic! They have great customer service, are friendly and honest. At my first experience with Wardlow, I went to pickup my item and the quantity of items were 2 less than posted.
Without me asking, they realized the error and immediately gave me a refund for the 2 missing pieces. Impressive!! They also get very unusual items too.

When my brother died the task of selling the house we grew up in seemed overwhelming and for a long time I didn’t do anything. Stacie Hewitt and her crew worked for weeks cleaning, cataloging and photographing the household items. They did excellent work.

Wardlow put together a comprehensive marketing campaign, the direct mailings were very sharp and the website was visually appealing.

I have been following Rick Wardlow for better than 10 years. Best by far in the Louisville area. Most of the time I do not attend the viewings as the description and photographs are accurate. Wardlow Auctions do not sell junk. The auction items are clean and are not broken unless they are specifically listed that way. All your questions are immediately answered. Auctions have been my hobby for many years aftering going to a couple of the Wardlow Auction they are the only one I follow.

I have participated in auctions with Wardlow for about 2-3 years and never had a bad experience. They have always been responsive and gone to great lengths to accommodate item pickup during the Covid protocols.

Rick & Caitlin did a great job helping us downsize our possessions. We were very pleased with the professionalism and promptness during a stressful time for us. We have recommended this company to several people and will continue to do so.

Very well organized and helpful. I am old and move poorly, and never have any help so they go over and beyond to get me loaded up. And of course, they are wonderful friendly people.

Let me just say i check my Email regularly to see if they have sent me any notice of any up coming auctions, i went to an estate auction they had not too long ago and they not even knowing me were very courteous to me and all the people there and when i had a slight problem about my payment after it was over and it was for a good amount of money they went out of there way for me. The details not important but there going out of there way for me was just truly unexpected, I am an avid auction participant so i watch very closely to details, and they i believe are very professional and very grateful for the people that come out to there auctions.
