La Casita

We ended up here around 6:30pm during The Great 4/8/24 Eclipse Traffic Jam™ that plagued Errol to Gorham and everywhere in between. The restaurant staff was BUSTING THEIR BUTTS to make sure everyone was seated and turning over tables. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this restaurant and staff for their flexibility to adapt. The free chips and salsa were a GODSEND to our traffic delirious mind and the chipotle burrito and "burrito dal Casita" were a remedy from Xilonen herself. I probably won't return to this restaurant as I was on a solar eclipse vacation but I'll never forget their controlled chaos and stuck to their principal of "mi casita es tu casita."

Al pastor tacos were out of this world. Definitely the best taco I've had north of North Carolina and certainly the best pork taco I've ever had in my life, and I've had a lot of tacos. The house made sauce is really great too and the onions/cilantro were diced perfectly. Love the corn tortillas. Charro beans were great, really great, but I was too full to finish them! Great job y'all! Next year when I'm back for training I'll stop by again!

I'm always pleasantly surprised when I find authentic excellent Mexican food in rural North America. This place really is great. I had the Birra Tacos (subtle) & my companion had the Avocado Tacos (good). Very good prices, services & atmosphere

Picked up a rather large meal for takeout. Everything came out incredible, service was impeccable, and everyone enjoyed their food. Was done faster than anticipated, and still hot and cold when arrived at home. Couldn't be happier with the purchase

Great restaurant. We were actually surprised that it wasn't too crowded because it always is when we drive by.
The staff is friendly, and the first is great. I took a picture of the drinks that folks next to us ordered.

Today, we finally tried a dessert. The fried ice cream was huge and delicious! We can't wait to try the other options, mostly the fried cheesecake. I continue to be happy with everything I get. This is one of the few places that I have more than one go-to meal.

I've been here multiple times and tried multiple items. Haven't been disappointed yet! Always leave full, usually with leftovers! It's definitely worth a try! There are so many options to choose from.

This place is more than just a restaurant. It is an EXPERIENCE! The staff was amazing! They were so friendly and accommodating! The food, 5 stars all the way!! Make sure you get a tower of margaritas! Sooooo good!!!

The food is always fast fresh and amazing this is one of my favorite restaurants to go to! They also have the best margaritas.

La Casita has essentially created a Mexican atmosphere in the middle of the mountains of Berlin NH, and I say that with all gratitude because visiting this restaurant has been a life-changing experience for myself.

After continually dining in at the restaurant, I’ve learned how to communicate effectively with Spanish people.

Not only do they have the best Spanish food from the area, I’d say they have the best food in the North Country. Starting with exemplary customer service.

Prices are maybe a little cheaper than what you would expect nowadays and the portions are on the large side. I've never had a bad meal here.

The food is always awesome. Large plates for the cost. Margaritas are delicious. Plenty of parking, including handicap parking. Their bathrooms are very clean, as well as handicap accessible.

Thank you for coming to Berlin. We desperately needed a good restaurant. The food has never let us down.

The food was absolutely great, the service prompt, courteous, and attentive. The atmosphere was authentic Mexican which added nicely to the dining experience.

Went in for lunch for the first time this fall. The frajitas was delicious and really more than I could eat. Nevertheless, I ate it all!, as there were lots of veggies(onions, green red and yellow peppers, tomatoes) and chicken, refried beans with a salsa cruda, a little salad, ie: healthy; I did leave the rice! The prices have increased a bit, but its still a great value. The food was very good, closer to real Mexican, and with very generous amounts of fresh quality food. Not too spicy, so some of us added their own zingy hot sauce. The workers seem to be real Mexicans too, which we liked. Great place. Worth the drive...except when its too busy! Highly recommend.

Upon entering we were greeted by a hostess and seated immediately. The complimentary chips and salsa came out as soon as we sat down and were delicious. We split the steak and chicken fajitas which had that authentic flavor I always look for in a Mexican restaurant. The steak was tender and the chicken had a marinade flavor. It was so good we couldn’t stop eating. The fried ice cream was amazing, the perfect finishing touch! The price was very reasonable and it was a satisfying experience.

Not exactly genuine Tex-Mex, but the service has been good, and the food is good, with plenty of choice. I would however, like both rice and beans in more plates but is no biggee...
