Their agent is rude and demeaning and condescending. He went above and beyond what the Verizon representative has ever done for me and I'm so glad that I switched.

My experience with you guys was awesome. I’ve had a plan with you for about 6 months or longer. Your worker Dana was always polite asks my experiences with them with my phone I have if it is up to my standards and if I’ve had any problems with it. Dana sends texts every once in a while checking on my plan letting me know when I’m doing something different or roaming a lot. All in all I would recommend the Berlin office to anybody that would be looking for a phone.
