Phoenix VII Vacation Rental Condominiums

We adored this place! Stayed through thanksgiving and had a blast!
This time of year you basically have the place to yourself- we even had a magical sighting of a fox the first night.
The rooms are spacious, it was very clean and the beds were comfy! We loved that it was right on the beach!

First time stay at the Phoenix VII it was a God send we got in last minute. We had an issue with a different rental company. Long story...

This met our expectations! The staff was great! My family was content the entire trip. It was nice to look around and see staff and crew up keeping the facilities. It shows that they care and take pride in their property. We will be back at another Phoenix!

First time staying here and it was amazing. Very clean rooms and wonderful views from the balcony. They have many features like swimming pools, inside and out, hot tubs, tennis courts and many more. Also, very easy access to the beach. Definitely will come back in the future.

Very clean and beautifully decorated. Good views from balcony. The one thing we missed was the larger balcony that some units have. Yes, we would go back but will request a unit with the larger balcony.

It's always a great stay here. They do a good job keeping everything clean. Kids and family enjoy it here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Easy access to the beach with mat extended out onto the sand area to help with carts.
The room was standard, very clean, plenty of towels.
The weather was off and on, but a day at the beach beats a day at work. The water was very comfortable for this time of year.

Come enjoy and relax in Phoenix 7 it's amazing sites and the rooms are always spectacular super clean always taken care of property very well managed.The Orange beach Alabama coastline is so beautiful.

We stayed in condo 7212. The things we liked best is that there was so much to do on the property. We were steps away from the indoor and outdoor pools, the beach, and the sauna!! They also had racquetball, basketball and tennis courts. I liked that there were carts for luggage. That was a first. The grates on the bridge coming from the beach was also a nice touch. It kept sand from being tracked in the pool and especially in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cups, plates, etc. The only thing missing was a griddle lol! Although there were 4 elevators it seemed like it took forever to get one. Luckily, we were on the 2nd floor. The only complaint I had was with one of the security guards. He was very rude. He was grilling us about a parking pass that we didn't know we needed. He was very unprofessional. We went to get a pass and no one was at the desk that night so we went on up to our rooms. We had a ticket on our windows the next morning. We will definitely stay here again!!

Amazing hotel easily one of if not my favorite hotel I've been too ever super family friendly tons of awesome things to do and not to many people

Beautiful beach access that is well maintained by Alabama Beach Team.

Some condos are privately owned and rented, but Phoenix has some availability to rent directly.

Family favorite! Love the location, pool and overall condo. The shower head was only about 5’ and some inches from the shower bottom and cable was out last time with no urgency to fix after we stayed 7 nights/8 days, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. I love the comfort of knowing there is a guard to keep out any non guests from entering.

Very spacious, clean condo. Boardwalk to the beach lined with hoses to wash off sand before using indoor or outdoor pool. Small fitness room, sauna, racquetball court and assigned parking!!

The condo we had was so pretty and had everything we needed, very roomy all the dishes and everything needed in the kitchen. Great furniture on balcony to enjoy outside. Staff at desk and all condo associates very friendly and helpful , great stay will be back,

Great. Rooms were top. The best thing, as a dad that brought down swimming gear and ice chests in a wheeled cart, they had a walk way down to the beach. I don't mean the dock where you spray off your feet, they had something past that. Made life easy. Phoenix 7, we'll be back.

We have been here since Monday and everyday has been awesome. This my daughters her friends and myself first time visiting and staying in Orange Beach Alabama. Felt like will Pharrell in elf lol. But very much and clean and very kid friendly. And our view 🔥🔥 I could literally live HERE forever. Great job Phoenix VII. Will definitely booked here again one our next trip to Orange Beach

Beautiful condo on the beach was just what we needed. This place is spacious and very comfortable.

Clean, safe, well maintained, great customer service. Our condo is well appointed and quite peaceful. We will be back.

This is the second time we have stayed in a Phoenix resort. This condo was very nicely updated! We really enjoyed our stay beautiful views close to the beach. We will absolutely be back, even considering getting our own rental unit. While this was only a one bedroom one bath it worked nicely for us as our kids are small still but in the future will look into a 2 bedroom for a bit more space. I will say the Phoenix resorts could all use a bit updating, but this one seems to be catching up forsure. I will be sad to say good bye to this unit it is so nice.

I always love staying at the Phoenix, fun, comfortable and nice views. Rooms always seem to be in very nice clean shape with good appliances. Some of the others are hit and miss but I have never had a bad experience with the Phoenix properties.
