I never leave reviews but after my experience today I would feel wrong if I didn’t. I’m new to the area and drove to numerous shops looking for a small item. Every place I went to I felt uncomfortable due to my lack of knowledge. After arriving and being treated like I had been a customer for 20yrs I left with $100 worth of stuff. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly Ill be recommending this shop to everyone.

I’ve been doing all my smoke , vape and accessories shopping here at Hot box in Live Oak for about 3 yrs now, since I’ve moved here local. Customer service and products are excellent and prices can’t be beat. I would recommend doing all your smoke and vape needs shopping here, you won’t be disappointed 😊

They always having amazing prices, and even if somewhere else has the same thing cheaper they're always so quick to make sure they have the lowest. Always loyal to their customers! The only smoke shop that I go to hands down. A++ The customer service is always excellent and nothing problematic like most shops I've been to.

Staff is always super friendly and helpful. When I asked about a product he didn't have in stock he instantly went and order it so he would have it in 2 days. I have been here two times and I have walked away impressed both times. I will drive from Oroville for all future purchases.

The young guy working there is awesome. He really helped me out a lot and knows his stuff. I went in there not knowing exactly what I was getting and he showed me a variety of options and explained everything to me. I recommend this place over any other shop in the area definitely. This is hands down the best smoke shop in the 530. I go here daily and they always add new stuff. They give me free items when I make a good person. He beats any price they are my go to place for smoking products.
