The Moose Drop and Sports Shop

On my 1,200 miles hiking since the Atlantic, this restaurant will always be remembered as one of the best I've experienced in this awesome adventure across America. The owner Perry sits amongst the diners chatting stories, making you feel right at home. He shook my hand when I said I was Scottish, and again when I said I was raising $ for a Pro Life charity.

The sauce on the BBQ Pizza was immense. You get a lot of bang for your buck with a 14" pizza. The server with the ✝ necklace and pink hair was very cute and smiling, checking up on me 3* during my sit down.

Highly recommend this place for the food and the patter.

My husband and I stopped in today for supper . I had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. It was honestly one of the best sandwich’s I have ever had. Chicken was so tender and tasty. Also, their specials are to die for! My husband had fresh crawfish right from Louisiana! He absolutely loved it!! The minute we walked in the restaurant we were welcomed with smiles and great conversation. Thank you Lauren, Becky and Perry for the great hospitality! You’re the Best!

There is absolutley no other pizza that can compare to the most perfect pizza EVER! The staff is awesome and friendly. I give it 10 stars not 5. Excellent and heavenly!

Oh my God…. What an amazing meal. Fresh Crawfish straight from Louisiana!!!!

Best pizza I’ve had in Michigan hands down! Perfect crust crispy and still chewy with the perfect amount of toppings. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back!

I highly recommend the Moose Drop and Sport Shop, not only as a clean, unique, and charming restaurant, but as a truly memorable place to visit. Perry warmly greeted us and made us feel very welcome and special. He is a great conversationalist and a great chef as well, whipping up a special gulf shrimp poboy (off menu!) for me. It was incredible. Truly fresh, loaded with plenty of delicious, fluffy gulf shrimp! My wife had a signature pizza, which was excellent as well. It was generously loaded with toppings on a great homemade dough. This hidden gem is worth pulling off the highway for!!! Plus, they have sporting goods, so it’s a one stop shop!

The service was quick and friendly. The pizza was great. Prices are better than most.

Beautiful scenery, wonderful spacious seating, Breakfast served all day and a lot of really unique specials that they truly care about; such as that they get Gulf Shrimp instead of farm raised, and I can tell a lot of detail is spent on the ingredients and food they serve.

My Mom and I went and both ordered breakfast. It came out delicious, perfectly hot and well priced. We spoke with Lauren (the owner) and she is very warm and cheerful. That is how I learned about upcoming specials, the detail they spend on getting only the best seafood for a true Cajun flare, and about an upcoming Crawfish Boil that I will absolutely attend!

All in all, five stars absolutely! Try The Moose Drop, you will be pleased :)!

Awesome pizza, awesome service, excellent atmosphere, locally staffed with people from right in the area. They're putting locals to work so come get some good pizza and FEEL good about it too

Absolutely fantastic pizza, similar to a good pizza hut but way better because it's homemade and has higher quality ingredients. Definitely worth trying if you're within a half hour drive.

Sign said best pizza in the UP boy was this good! We had sourdough chicken Alfredo pizza we also had chocolate cheesecake it was amazing. The lady working I think the owner was super helpful great place. Definitely going back.

We ordered two pizzas and they were so good. Fresh ingredients, appears to be home made crust and very tasty. My husband can’t wait to have another one.

Delicious foods served here. Pizza with quality ingredients, tasty and fresh. The sandwiches are stacked with fresh meats, cheeses and vegetables. The salads are huge...chock full of fresh vegetables, cheeses, meats...Kelly and her staff are great. Very clean restaurant. Excellent coffee and excellent desserts. Also, has a gift shop inside too. The BEST PIZZA AROUND! I book my campsites close to here every year just so I can stop by and MOW DOWN SOME DOPE ZAAAA. Buffalo chicken pizza is great.

This is a new place and it is extremely delightful. It has a limited menu but delicious

Nice menu and very good pizza, especially the sour dough crust. Take home pizza kit is easy and tasty. Call first, as hours are limited.

I am not one to ever leave a review, but we stopped here for a quick bite on our way from Copper Harbor to Marquette. The sandwiches were AMAZING and the outdoor seating was perfect. Can't wait to stop by again!!! Don't pass this by!!!

The food was fast for one person cooking it all, and it hit the spot perfectly! Salads and sandwiches were awesome and just like one I would make for myself. It was very clean and cute decor.

You want Delicious Pizza , Then this is the place to go.. Prices maybe a little more but your getting real pizza not that plastic and fake stuff sold elsewhere.. If you havn't tried the Moose Drop Inn yet , your missing out !!! Cheese Cake is Awesome too !!!
