Dropped a lifter in my Harley Brian was able to get me in and recommend the best solution. My bike is a 2016 with nearly 50k miles so was just looking to get her running again at her previous levels. Brian recommend the parts he’s had consistent experiences with and did not try to up sell me. I drove an hour to do business with him after my regular tech was no longer working and Brian came highly recommended from some other riders with performance motor builds. I’d absolutely use him again and recommend to anyone looking for a HD tech in the lakes region.

Brought my 2002 RK in i didnt know what the issue was. Few days it was fixed, fuel line in my tank was broken. Fast service and no nonsense. So I'm returning to have them do some upgrades and can not wait to see the finished product!! Always responsive on his website and easy to do business with. He came highly recommended and I would also recommend this place.

Brian and his team are the best. Brian did a major engine upgrade for me on my 2013 Streetglide. Took the motor from a stock 103 to a 110 stage III with dyno tuning from the crew at Gardner Racing Concepts in Maine. In addition, I have been getting all of my routine services services done there, tires, inspections, and scheduled maintenance. I am very fussy and very particular and Gray's Performance always exceeds my expectations every time. I can't say enough great things about them. Hands down the best around. No one but Gray's Performance touches my bike!!

I stopped in today for a tire and a state inspection, and it was the fastest I've ever had a vehicle worked on in my life. Brian got me right in, Matt had the tires swapped in no time, and I was on my way! Not only that, he took the time to fix some loose bolts I hadn't even noticed, and I still left having paid about $200 less than I would have anywhere else.

Called on a Friday had me in Saturday for tires on my grom was less than 45 minutes and half the price of everyone else locally! Super nice guy and had a great experience I will be going back for inspections and tires.

True professionals at at price you can not beat. After my rear tire took some critical damage on the road, they took it right in after I called. Brian managed to work around his schedule and replaced my tire on the spot. Between the time I arrived at the garage till the time I was riding out of the parking lot was less than an hour. I really do appreciate all the hard work they did in a timely manner, and for getting me out of a jam. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs work/repairs done on their motorcycle.

I can't thank Brian enough for taking me in on an urgent notice. My rear tire blew up while riding in the area (i'm from NJ) and i was looking for a local spot to help me out. Brian showed genuine empathy and will to help, prioritized my situation, got the parts needed and did an impeccable job replacing and testing the bike's integrity. Prices were really fair (and he even had a sale on tires which goes to show he wasn't exploiting my situation) and the service and human aspect was incredible.

I have gone here since I purchased my bike! Brian seems like i really good dude he's always taken care of me with speedy repairs and great prices... my tires were a little pricey... but man ... they look badass!!! I am hoping he can squeeze me in in April for some repairs... hopefully nothing to major!!

Brian and Matt definitely know how to build fast bikes. I went with their 107 race kit last year for my twin cam and my bike will burn the tire off in second gear with ease! They have my bike again this year for more performance goodies!

3 years later, and I want to reiterate my complete satisfaction with Brian Gray's Performance. I now own eleven (11) Harley Davidsons and one (1) Indian. Brian's team is solely responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, repair, service, upgrades, and storage. My motorcycles were "all gone through at the Dealership" before I purchased them. After purchase, I bring them to Brian Gray's Performance because I don't trust anyone else. I have good reason. Among some of the issues Brian's team discovered after "the Dealership went over them head to toe":

* Tires on backwards
* Headlight upside down
* Motor mount upside down
* Welding holes in exhaust
* Inadequate tuning
* Socket stuck on starter bolt

I could continue, but you get the point. Don't trust your hard earned money and safety to a Box Store Dealership that doesn't care about you. Forge a trustworthy relationship with true, caring professionals; Brian Gray's Performance.

I was doing cam’s on my 2019 Road glide and needed a thunderheader exhaust for my M8 I had ordered one from another shop and was getting jerked around. They were supposed to have had ordered it and didn’t, I called Brian and he assured me he had one in stock and ready to go I ran down and got it my bike is now up and run for the weekend and I couldn’t be happier THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I came in pretty short notice with a stubborn tire to replace a tube on and remount. They were punctual with getting it done and went above and beyond to straighten the rim out and get it done right. Very pleased.
