Starbucks

My husband and I love this location. Super clean from the seating area to the restrooms. Superb atmosphere, great seating area outside as well. We have come multiple times. Anabelle is fantastic, she made our drinks exactly as ordered, super bubbly and friendly. Michelle was super sweet as well, she and Anabelle gave us a few drink recommendations. Keep up the great work ladies! We will be back to this location often:)

Great service and very clean

I arrived at the order board and sat there for atleast 4 min before I heard anything. I tried to talk to see if anyone would answer but there was silence for a while I was about to leave even though I knew they were open because there was 3 car waiting up ahead but then someone spoke to get my order. I gave the benefit of the doubt and put my order in. Once I pulled ahead I began to wait with the 3 cars sitting in front of me. Over 10 mins passed and not one car moved. I've never seen such poor service before. I'm not sure what the hold up was because it wasn't busy and I didn't see anyone exchanging anything through the window. It truly felt like no one was in the building except for them taking orders after waiting a while just to get that done. This happened on a Thursday around 5:30pm. After waiting a total of almost 20 mins and literally in the same spot I ended up leaving before I could get my order. I understand this is a new location and they may be working out some kinks but they had 4 cars waiting there for a long time without receiving anything and it was terrible service from the start while waiting for someone to answer at the order board. Hoping to see some change in the future
