Great owner and excellent customer service. I recommend anyone into bodybuilding to price check it here because it'll more likely be just as cheap if not cheaper that anywhere else.

I really enjoy how personable the trainers are. I always feel welcomed! Shelly keeps me on track and isn't afraid to be honest with me during my personal sessions. I like that she doesn't change the planned work out when I get whiny. I do wish there was an evening group class.
