As you can see in my review for the other Rip N Stitch in KY, I didn't have a great experience. At this location in OH (two unrelated and completely different owners), my experience was quite the opposite.

The young man who is the owner here is absolutely exceptional!

I brought him my dress and told him what needed to be done. I tried it on for him and he took his time, made sure it was exactly what I wanted and thorough & let me know what he could do for me. Not only did he take in the dress for me, but he also added a hook for the top which seriously helped the dress stay on so well. On top of that the price was extremely fair.

He answered all of my questions and had such a quick turnaround time.

I absolutely will be returning here for any of my items that need alterations in the future!

Excellent service. I was there to get a button fixed on my suit jacket. She did it immediately, also tightened up the other button, and did not charge me anything. Such acts of kindness reaffirm our faith in humanity and motivate us to pass on this gratitude forward.

They repaired the clothes that I brought in to "like new" condition! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, the price, and the timelines of the repair. I highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this tailor shop more highly. They do amazing work for a very fair price. It’s been a game changer for me with my relationship with clothes. When my second pair of jeans I had altered needed a bit more tweaking, they did it at no charge! Talk about standing behind your work and business..amazing. I’m on my way there now to drop off three things I want altered. I’m a loyal customer.

Rip N Stitch is always my go to for alterations. I have taken many articles of clothing there, Anything from a pant hem to an entire suit alteration and they never disappoint. Macon is extremely professional, courteous, and always gets things done in a timely manner. If you want a dependable tailor and want to be guaranteed great service Rip N Stitch is your best bet!

I needed a VERY last minute adjustment done to my bridesmaid dress. I called on Monday, and they were so kind and helpful and got the adjustments done within a few days. They were kind, patient and supportive. While I don’t recommend waiting until last minute for adjustments, I do recommend this business for your tailoring needs! They were able to sew a whole new corset into my dress. Amazing work

My wedding reception is coming up so I took my Tuxedo here to get it fitted. It was truly a seamless process start to finish. Macon is a master of his craft; the precision of the alterations well exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say that this is the best fit that I have ever had and I won’t be taking my clothing anywhere else moving forward. Highly recommend!

One of the only tailor’s to respond to online inquiries. Professional, efficient, and clear communication. Also extremely compassionate, I needed a bridesmaid dress altered (hemmed 5+” in 5 days and it was a multi-layer dress with complex material), turn around time was earlier than expected and he did not charge me a rush fee as the last minute alterations were due to me needing a new dress size last minute due to cancer treatment.

I ordered a dress off Amazon for my birthday and it didn't fit. My party was in 3 days and I desperately wanted to wear it. I called Rip 'N Stitch, explained the situation, and he did a rush job! My dress was altered, he added more fabric that matched flawlessly, it was ready in plenty of time before my party and it fit PERFECTLY!!!!! I received soooo many compliments and I shared with everyone to come here! I will definitely be coming back, this is now my 'go-to' place for a professional Tailor. Highly recommend!!!! This is a great business to work with. Excellent quality and amazing service. I needed an alteration on tight timing and they were able to accommodate. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I got a bridesmaids dress altered here and the service was fantastic. The owner responded quickly, squeezed me in during very busy wedding season with a fast turnaround, and did great work. The cost was a little more than other places but for how quickly he was able to finish the dress, it was definitely worth it! I recommend Rip N Stitch.

I came to Rip N Stitch after having a horrible experience with a different alteration company and I am so glad that I did!!! Macon (hope I’m spelling that correctly) was so accommodating, understanding, and helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving my dress in his care and I am obsessed with how it fits me. Macon always takes great care of my beloved items. He replaced 3 zippers for me, 3 different times. Sometimes I wonder if he has done more than replace the zipper because the items always seem better than before.

I had a few suit jacket and pants brought in after losing some weight and they did an amazing job bringing my clothes back to life! For the price, you absolute cannot beat their fantastic customer service and quality of the alteration. I have been to Rip N Stitch twice so far. I am a business man and sometimes I need my suits tailored for an upcoming trip. They have done great work for me both times, everything fit great when I got it back and they were finished with the work QUICK!!! They do get kind of busy from time to time and getting fitted can be less than a speedy process but is still done in a very efficient manner. The customer service is friendly and professional. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to as long as they serve me well. I'll keep this review updated if anything was to change in my opinion of them.

Very pleasant experience. My Calvin Klein suit jacket separate looks like it fit right off the rack. What else can you ask for? Price seemed appropriate and the work was done the right way. Will use his services again.
