On my last visit I was in a hurry Reese greeted me at the window with a BIG smile and treated me like family. She even remembered I don't like ice in my pop 💗💗💗 Thank you so very much Reese! Keep up the great work and God Bless

Male overnight manager and overnight crew were very friendly and gave me hot fresh fries awesome!!

Fresh food, friendly workers, fast service, Celeste is the best and is always glad to help with the kiosks!

They need to hire all new staff my food is always Luke warm and I keep going because I think maybe one-day it a be different but nope.either train them the right way or shut it down honest opinion.

Flew in from California on a red-eye flight drove to Youngstown and all that was open was Burger king. Ordered my food got to the window and to to my surprise Celeste greeted me with a welcoming smile and awesome spirit which I welcomed after my exhausting travel.... although our conversation was short Celeste (waiting for food prep) showed eximplery leadership, her Team in high spirits and overall pleasant environment (at 5:30am mind you)...as we all know "You are to lead by example" and she possesses ALL those qualities...THANKS again Celeste and crew ...will definitely be seeing you soon.

My order was all correct and made correctly! it was hot even though it was delivered!

Brittany in the drive thru was fantastic!! She was courteous and spot on with everything!!

Got 2 large Whopper meals to go. Went to the park with my mom and ate the food. Burger and fries tasted good! Won't get large next time - drink was huge and almost too many fries.

Burger King is one of my favourites! Will be back for sure!!!

The Overnight Manager and Staff was very friendly.

Very good service, friendly staff too. You do need a staff member to enter a code to unlock the restroom for you though.

We’ve recently stopped at this location a few times & each time our order was fresh, complete, accurate & had napkins in the bag. The best part has been the friendly service. I wish I’d gotten the ladies’ names this evening. It was a pleasure.

I stopped by after midnight last night expecting to get some old mediocre food. I was hungry and it was open. But my food was hot and just what I ordered. I was surprised because it was so late but I have no complaints and will come back to this Burger King.
