Fred Meyer Grocery Pickup and Delivery is a great way to go shopping without all the hassle of manovaring a cart throughout the store, avoiding people. I presley don't use curbside pick up, but I do use the delivery option. I like how you can just pick what you want. And it dropped off right at your doorstep.

Instacart delivery is a hit and miss. I actually had a shopper order a personal item for himself on my order and I actually watched his wife pick the item up from in front of my door and walk off with it. Always check your receipt when getting instacart delivery. I've had many calls to boost to fix and reimburse items that weren't delivered.

This place is also similar to safeway. Their customer services sucks.

Can't order groceries on-line for pickup - pickup dates are full through the weekend - all the pickup dates are full on-line. Was advised to try to order on-line first thing every morning before everyone else orders.
