Top notch service, great customer relations and downright good people. Did a beautiful job updating my Ole ride with 14" apes.

I had new tires put on my 2017 ultra limited and had the brake system flushed.This is my first time there. I've always heard great thing about Bob. He's a great mechanic and truly a great guy to talk to. The last two times that I had tires installed by another place in town I had a bad wobble slowing down at around 35 MPH. Bob did an awesome job on the mounting and balancing the tire. No wobble at all. I road it to NC the next day it road so smoothly. I highly recommend them for all your work.

I've had nothing but positive experiences. The absolute best motorcycle repair and maintenance shop. I've been doing business with them for 8 yrs. I own four motorcycles. Service limited to American Motorcycles, Specialize in Harley-Davidson.

Went there today to have an issue with my Harley addressed. What a great experience. They got to my bike much sooner than I expected and quickly diagnosed the issue. The repair was quick, efficient and very reasonably priced. I have found a new home for Harley service with Thunder Action Cycle.

I'm a little late with my review but I had some add-ons done by Thunder Action a few weeks ago. I was completely satisfied with the job they did on my 2020 Trike. So, I thought I could save time and money and ordered up the parts on-line while they were still out of town for the summer to have them ready when they got back. Bob tried to install everything I had gotten but go figure, nothing fit properly and in fact one item would have been dangerous for me if he altered it. Needless to say, they both explained the problems and Sylvie actually ordered the correct parts that were needed (I returned what I ordered). They also gave me a bit of a discount for both the 1st attempted install AND the second actual install. This shows that they do care about their customers and that they strive to do a top notch job. I have no problem going back again and highly recommend their competent, courteous and affordable services. Thank you so much! Will see you again for sure!

Just got my Harley fully serviced and couldn't be happier. Bike runs like new again. Definitely will be using them in the future.

The best Harley repair shop in port charlotte. They have plenty of parts u might need right away. And if they don't have it they can get it pretty fast. Its a mom and pop shop and mom ( silvy )realy knows her parts. Pop ( bob ) been fixing bikes for a long time and I've been going there for 15 years since i moved here. Prices are fair and quality of work is top notch.

They always seem to have every part possible in stock. Call 20 bike shops for some obscure part and no one even know what you are talking about. Call Thunder Action and they will know exactly and have it sitting on the shelf! The mechanic is EXTREMELY knowledgable too. Awesome place.

I recommend this business over any other company or business. He didn't miss a thing from top to bottom front to back. Best service I've ever experienced. Bravo 👍
