Canard Café Bar Stamford

One of the nicest cafes I’ve ever visited! This is definitely a hidden gem in downtown Stamford. There are so many cool places to sit and relax! The omelet we had was so tasty, and it was my first time having the popular Crookie, which was even better than I could have expected! I did think that the croque monsieur was a little small, especially for its price point. Regardless, we were very happy with our experience here and I would absolutely come back. I could sit here for hours just enjoying the space, and if I worked from home, I would be coming here often!

Such a cozy and peaceful atmosphere along with a great cafe experience. I especially liked the unique food item the crookie (croissant and cookie mixed). The service was prompt and coffee was solid. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants a nice place to get work done along with a great cafe experience. They have lunch items also which I highly recommend the avocado toast.

To wait 10 minutes just to order mediocre coffee is just not worth it. Literally one staff member taking orders, making coffee, cutting oranges for juice, prepping food. This is not the service level worthy of a nice cafe. Suggest they staff up fast or this beautiful spot will experience same result as its predecessor.

I purchased Bacon and Egg muffin and see the picture of what I got. Looks like one egg about a half dollar size with a few bacon bits on top. Will not go back for these bits. 8 dollars for this. I would need 8 of these to feel full. Or 32 dollars worth. Never again.
