Great place for a great sandwich! Friendly staff. Everything is always fresh.

I had ordered the turkey sandwich on wheat "Mike's way." The turkey was sliced beautifully and loaded onto the bread with the other condiments in a very quick manner. The young male sandwich artist was professional, efficient, and polite. I don't eat out often but was in Chapin and had a craving for a sub. Thanks. Peace be with you all.

Fast service, delicious sandwiches

At 2:15 pm Saturday afternoon, sandwiches were super fresh. Staff was excellent.

In prior years I have visited this location and I was not impressed. However, coming back here after over a year I’ve found it to be in much better condition than before. The staff, Connor, Clay, Cameron, Andrew were fantastic. My recent experience was nothing short of outstanding. I used to only mobile order, but I will be coming back to dine inside because of great environment in the store. Good job management and staff, highly recommend this location :)

Every time I go in here the customer service is always absolutely exemplary. I was in today at approximately 2:20 on 3/13 There was a customer in front of me who was so incredibly rude and picky but the employee Shane was so polite and never lost his cool. I think I would’ve pulled my hair out. The sandwiches are always consistently well-made and very, very tasty. Just wanted to give a shout out to the great employees at the Chapin location!

We LOVE Jersey Mike's but this one In Chapin is the best one I've ever visited! The service is spot on, the store is always clean, and the food is always fresh and delicious. These things have been consistent with every single visit.

Amazing place. The 2 men and young women there just a few minutes ago were great. The Buffalo sub GIANT BY THE WAY is the best I had ever. The relish he out on it tops it off. Thank you guys so much. Next Tim I'm out this way,this is a must stop for food. Great job.

This place rocks! Always fresh. Always good. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but it's because they are so good and centrally located, business is good! And, you can always order online and just pick it up!

Stopped by this afternoon and got 2 subs-club and Buffalo chicken cheesesteak. The employees were SO friendly. The sub was amazing, my daughter took a bite and decided she wanted the other half. Thanks you for the great service and good food. 👍

I had the pleasure of visiting this location today and it was awesome. I traveled 40 min just to eat here because they always prepare my food to perfection as well as having the best customer service skills. Today, I meet 3 outstanding employees by the name of Shane, Conner and Danny. They all had great personalities and made me feel special as a customer. If you want greatnfood and even greater customer service, please come to this Jersey Mike's. You will not regret it.

Second time within a week at Jersey Mike's in Chapin while visiting our daughter. We frequent Jersey Mike's when we're home in Massachusetts and ALWAYS have enjoyed their subs! We're SO HAPPY they have a location in Chapin! We always order a steak, cheese, onion, and mushroom sub or an Italian woth just pickles, tomatoes and a little bit of oil.
YUMMMM!!! Their subs are always consistently GREAT, their crews are polite and care about their customers!

Good food. Ordering on the app is convenient. Sometimes it's a little confusing on whether they want you to wait on your sub in line or go ahead and checkout and then wait.

Not only is the food delish, but the service is 100%! Dori is always there and is great! The crew she works with are all so nice, fast and easy in and out! We love Dori and her crew!
