If I didn’t have to move I would still be renting there. It’s a safe and great location with very reasonable rates to park your camper. Roger the facility manager is also awesome to work with. He’s super nice and will do whatever he can to accommodate your needs.

I had my unit for 4years. Always Clean and friendly. I would recommend to everyone. And if I'm need a storage again this is my first and only place.

The BEST costumer service experience by far! Due to an emergency, I had to rent a small unit online from Florida. It was simple, quick, with REASONABLE RATES, & gave such peace of mind. I received BOTH texts & emails with billing notices, confirmation of payment, & important info re: changes. The property is immaculate! The unit stayed dry, clean, & safe for 2 years! It is easy to access & Roger has been there on all occasions to lend a helping hand. I could not have chosen a better place to store my "stuff"! Great facility and great people who run it!! Would definitely go back if I find myself needing storage space again!

We had to store all our possessions at LS for 2 months until we were able to move in our new home. Roger is probably the nicest guy you'll meet. Always had a smile on his face and always willing to help. I once left my unit unlocked and he immediately texted me about my error. He also cut off the lock for me so I could retrieve my car keys that I locked inside which also had the lock key. I was having a bad day that day.
I would have rated at 5 stars, but I removed one due to the ant and spider infestation that kept happening. If I would have known this was a problem, I would have sprayed before I moved my stuff in and would have kept up with a once per week routine. I know it was not a climate controlled unit as that cost way more and we had the ridiculous heat wave twice, but do wish I would have known the issue with bugs beforehand. We did not store any food.
Other than that, they are a very good place.

EDIT: In response to yours: Rodger was not available the day we were there when we encountered the bug situation. When we moved out, he was there, but we had already sprayed the place ourselves after encountering them. The UHaul place was clean and we had no bugs from them. Also, when we moved out,.my wife swept the unit out, so there were no dead ants or spiders left inside. I am not saying you have a buggy place. I just wanted you to know and really kind of thought the way the weather has been caused the issue. I honestly thought Rodger already was aware of the bug problem. Yes, they will always find a way in. I was just shocked by the amount of mainly ants that were all over a few of our boxes. That is why we sprayed on our own. I do not blame you nor Rodger.
We do love living in Lincoln. Only a couple of spiders and some ants came back home with us. They we taken care of immediately.
It's nice to know you spray, but we about screamed when we returned that one day and seen hundreds of them around a few boxes. I noticed they were coming up from the seam on the storage floor. This by no means makes you a dirty place, just another victim of our annoying insect friends.

Really great place to rent a storage unit for a short time or even an extended period of time. The unit was clean and easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and helped me with any questions I had. Very safe place to put your belongings. Highly recommend and would definitely rent there again.

I've moved and rented storage units over 12 times in the US and around the world in the last 40 years and Lincoln Self Storage is one of the best! Excellent customer service, clean and well kept facilities, easy to use and accessible billing system make it a great place to use for storage.

We only used Lincoln Self Storage for a few months as we moved back to the area, but I highly recommend them! The gate/door access felt secure and I trusted our belongings in the climate controlled unit we rented.

I also feel like the price was very reasonable for a 10x15 climate controlled unit. We will be coming back if we ever need storage again.

Absolutely one of the best places to rent. Roger is always helpful and takes security very seriously. I forgot to lock my unit a couple of times, and he made me aware within hours of being there. If I need a storage unit in the future I will be going back.

I had stored my personal belongings and my vehicle here for about a year while I was deployed with the National Guard. Roger was awesome to work with and the facility was very nice. The experience was great and I will definitely be using their services again in the future if the need arises.

Great place for storage. Clean. Mice/rat traps. They spray for bugs and spiders. Check units daily to ensure they are locked property. Surveillance. Climate control at great temperatures.

This was the first time I’ve used a self storage facility. My experience was fantastic. This is a clean and secure facility and the management was wonderful to work with. I was very impressed and would 100% recommend Lincoln Self Storage.

We have rented from them a couple of times. One was a non temp unit and the last one was a temp unit. We have rented from a few places in lincoln and Lincoln Self storage is the best.

They are flexible caring and had a small business from a small town feel. The owner is very helpful and always remembered us. Didn't have any issues closing our account either time. They are excellent at communication as well.

Easy to rent from, easy monthly automatic payments if you want them. Clean units with doors that work right. You get exactly what you expect, so nothing at all to complain about.

Roger was so nice and helpful during a stressful time for us! We moved 850 miles from our previous home and he made this portion of the transition stress free. The facility is wonderfully maintained and taken care of. We never worried about our things during the year that we kept them at Lincoln Self Storage. Highly recommend this facility!!

I rented a unit for about 6 months and never had an issue Mr.Roger was so helpful and always picked up calls, he was willing to assist with everything. If you are in need of an affordable and trustworthy storage I wouldn’t hesitate to give Lincoln self storage a shot.

Great price for a climate controlled unit. Notifications to remind you that your bill is coming up and I was able to do auto pay so I didn't have to think about getting the bill paid on time. Nice and clean facility, access to pallets if needed and is secure access.
