I usually shy away from dealers when my car needs work but when it's serious, I would consider going nowhere else than someone who knows my vehicle. Joel was my Service Advisor and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He was extremely thorough and went over absolutely everything found with me 'prior' to the service being completed. Kept me updated as to the status of the repair of my car. Notified me when it was time to pick it up and explained the billing item by item for me. He continuously asked me throughout the process if I had any questions and if he could be of any other service to me. I had an exceptional experience, a costly one but an exceptional one. :-) My 07 Ford Edge is on the road again driving like she was brand new. Thank you Anderson's and Joel. I also required a ride to and from. The Courtesy Shuttle was right there, both ways, and was also a very pleasant experience.

We called about a car my grandma was interested in on Wednesday morning to get it transferred from grand island to Lincoln and they got it to Lincoln about 4 hours later. We took my grandma to Anderson Ford (North Lincoln location) on the same day (Wednesday) to look at the vehicle and test drive it! She loved it so much she decided to get it! Huge shout out to the sales guy TJ who helped her out and the sales manager Curtis for getting the sale done so quickly and in a timing manner, and for even staying later than usual! Had an amazing experience here! Thank you to everyone who helped out! It’s been 2 years since our grandma has had a vehicle!

I found what I wanted online and requested a call to discuss. Less than 24 hours later I was leaving the dealership with my Mustang Mach E. Cody was very knowledgeable about electric vehicles and made the process very easy. They took care of my new car transaction and my lease buyout for my Explorer at the same time. Excellent service!!

Chuck was excellent to work with. I was impressed with his timely communication, and especially the custom video he sent me within 10 minutes of the store opening. I inquired online and right at opening, he did a video tour of the vehicle and answered the specific questions I had cited on the online form. We then booked an appointment for a test drive. Super efficient and easy. We negotiated a couple repairs (the vehicle I bought was used), and he stood by his word and fixed everything beyond expectations. 10/10 without a doubt.

Anderson has always taken great care of me, love them so much I got a second vehicle through them. If you ever have questions their customer service is fantastic. Rob and Nick always come through! I highly recommend this place

Top notch customer service. Everyone that stepped out was polite and helpful. Our Salesman Jeff was exceptional. I had family go with me to help out in the process, but I appreciated still being a part of the conversation as a young girl/recent college grad buying her first car.

Bruce was awesome! I was in a stressful situation were all my brakes blew out and I was stranded in Lincoln Nebraska while driving back home to Michigan. I called multiple places and got quoted weeks out but Bruce went above and beyond with his parts team and technician to locate my parts and get my truck fixed that same day. Because of the care they showed for my situation I didn't have to be stranded for days or weeks and am able to get back home to my family. Thankyou Bruce and all the hardworking employees of Anderson Ford. By far the best service I've ever received and highly recommend to anyone to make them your first call!

Jeff Nelson in sales was incredible to work with. Great experience, happy with my car. Very professional. Jeff had the car I called on, pulled in the garage, washed and detailed for me when I came in to look at it. Straight forward with me throughout the whole process and an excellent communicator.

Terry M. was my salesman and what a wonderful experience. Honest, great communication, responsive, down to earth. The dealership was interesting and provided a unique experience. I didn't have to go through the grind of having to have high pressure sales and various people and offices. They seem to respect their salesman, empowering them to handle the entire transaction. Seriously, didn't have to go into an office for the paperwork, Terry handled everything from start to finish. This had a nice feel from other dealerships I've dealt with in my life. I usually dread the experience. This, so far, has exceeded my expectations. Love my new truck.

I had a low oil pressure light display late in the day. I called and was able to get it looked at before closing and Quinn set me up with an appointment the next day. The problem was diagnosed and vehicle was fixed quickly. The service department was superb. Thank you again for the great service.
