Extremely friendly and helpful staff! T-Mobile perfectly works in Cache Valley. I used to consistently have poor service with AT&T.

T-Mobile Customer Support are phenomenal. You're able to call almost anytime and be immediately connected with a representative.

Their rewards programs are excellent too! I'd strongly recommend T-Mobile!

We had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile location tonight. Matthew was super helpful and patient with us as we had a broken phone and needed to transfer info to the new phone. He was able to help us with everything we needed. We left very happy customers. Thanks again Matthew!

Paulina Hubbard helped me. I was super impressed with her kindness and helpfulness! I forgot an essential password. She helped me reset my phone so I could get everything transferred to my new phone. I had to come back the next day. I was grateful that she followed through with me to get everything set up. She has excellent customer service skills! She is the type of person I would want to help me wherever I go! Thanks for being so awesome!

I am not very technically savvy with my iPhone or computers. I went to our nearest T-Mobile store in Logan, UT today to seek help. Boston immediately provided expert help in downloading photos on iCloud to my backup external drive. I cannot thank Boston enough for his patience and persistence in seeing the task through to completion and instructing me how to do it. Thanks Boston for your phenomenal help and going above and beyond the call of duty!!!

Tanner is AMAZING!! I went in with my partner to combine phone plans and it was the most seamless transition. He was extremely professional and worked hard to ensure that we understood all of our options and helped pick the best choice with us. Great person who I genuinely enjoyed working with, I would most definitely go back to this Tmobile to have Tanner help us out.

After reading all of the other reviews of the other stores in the valley, we chose to go to this one. We are glad we did. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and shown where to sit. Paulina who has to be the sales rep of the year waited on us. We were switching from Sprint to T-Mobile and upgrading our phones. She knew exactly what needed to be done, she showed us all of the options including the promos and let us choose. She explained everything very well and we were confident in our decisions. In addition, she was very kind and considerate. I honestly think that if I had of wanted the oil changed in my truck and the tires rotated, she would have done it. Paulina is definately the go to girl for T-Mobile in Cache Valley.

I'm very happy with the service at this location. They are efficient and helpful.
I had an issue with my phone randomly opening a new window and going to one of three different websites.
The manager assisted me, and had the problem resolved in about 20 minutes.
This location isn't the closest T Mobile location to my house, but it's the one I prefer to go to.
The wait time is shorter, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This store is one of the best T-mobile locations I've ever been to. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The managers there have been working for the company for years and know so much. They fixed my issues with my phone and my account in much less time then I originally expected! Thank you!

Went there with a very confusing situation between multiple lines and accounts (even confused us sometimes) and Paulina (I hope I spelled it right) helped every step along the way and followed through days later to make sure everything was working and to our liking. I was very impressed with her customer service and will be going back to her again, if ever needed.

Boston was great, he gets 2 thumbs way up. He helped my husband and I (confirmed luddites) with great patience. I would not hesitate referring others to him and I am sure I will be back with many more questions which I have no doubt he will again, very patiently help me with.

I "upgraded" to a new phone and hated the phone. Over a period of several days the manager, Jordan tried to help make that upgrade work out for me. He was incredibly gracious and helpful but in the long run I switched to a different phone. Through the whole process Jordan was helpful and informative and actually changed my plan to save me about $45/month.

Had a awesome experience. Me and my fiancé went in to get a new plan and phones. We had come right after work so we smelled pretty bad to say the least. We walked in we’re greeted immediately. We told them what we wanted and they didn’t try to upsell or push anything we didn’t want on us. It took a while because of some technical issues but everyone was patient and super willing and happy to help. Thank you

This particular T-Mobile store is outstanding. Every time I go in, they help me quickly and always solve any issue I may be having with my phone. When I bring in my parents, they are very patient and answer all of their questions. The manager called me today and solved a problem that I had with the T-mobile store on the south side of town. He had done his homework before I called and had a reasonable solution. I would highly recommend this store.

Been here twice and both times have been fantastic. The customer service is amazing. Probably the best service in all of Cache County. And Paulina was amazing and so quick to help me out with getting a new phone.

Although the store was busy both in person and with over-the-phone callers. I was greeted enthusiastically and was helped at the first available opening. Brittany (I think) was quick to help me towards correcting what was wrong with my phone even after I mentioned I would be buying a new one of we couldn't fix the problem.

The employees at this location always seem to go above and beyond to help me out with all my needs. I always leave confident that I have the best plan to fit my lifestyle. I have never felt like they tried to sell me something I don't need, only what makes sense for my family and I. They are very knowledgeable and experienced and have always helped me with my all needs! They are super friendly and make the whole cell phone buying experience enjoyable and less stressful!

Although this store doesn't have the most exciting and happy (looking) employees, my goodness, at least they are honest! It is impossible to rate them anything other than 5 stars when the 444 main location is so terribly dishonest and is ranked higher because of customer reviews. As a side note, they also helped me fix a number of the problems caused by "Dave and his minions of mayhem" - my new name for the 444 main location. This is the T-Mobile place you want to go in this valley.

The guys at this store are awesome! They have helped me in many times from a potential warranty claim to a lost phone to changing a number and other things. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes have to wait a few minutes but they take time with each customer and give you the best.
