Those guys are absolutely amazing! They're friendly, attentive, professional, respectful, honest, caring, and always willing to work with me rather than against me. Their lots are very clean are constantly kept up with trash pickup. There is always someone on site during (and often before and after) normal hours of operation. I wish I had found this place a long time ago!! A+ ALL THE WAY!!!

I am thoroughly impressed by the staff at Big Red Self Storage on Van Dorn. They are super helpful, quick to react, and even helped me get space when I absolutely needed something right away. I rent from a few storage spaces around town, and this is by far a great place to rent from!

Quick easy and clear to the point. Was able to move my things in when I needed and as able to do it all online safe and securely. Highly recommend

We’ve used Big Red Storage on Van Dorn for the past 3 or 4 years to store our RV. We’ve had both covered and uncovered storage and been very happy with both. Customer service has always been exceptional. I’ve dealt primarily with Amy; she remembers me even though we only have occasional contact (like maybe 2 or 3 times a year). But she’s always friendly, follows through on her commitments and has gone out of her way to help my husband and I meet our RV storage needs.'

Very easy and straight forward. Booked a storage unit online, got my unit number and password to the gate in an email, never even had to talk to a person. Would definitely recommend. Cancelling my unit was as easy as a 30 second phone call. 5 stars! Thanks Michelle!

Very easy to to get set up with a rental unit! Amy in the office was awesome to work with; super friendly and helpful! I was able to see a few different sizes of units to find the one that worked best for me. The unit and surrounding areas are all very clean and well maintained!

Just started storage 2 days ago for my boat so this review is just for the initial check in. Very helpful and extremely kind staff at front desk. Flexible storage options with good rates. Storage seems to be very secure. My only concern was all the nails and broken glass in the lot where they put me. Kind of a dark corner. Otherwise I would give them a 5 for now. We’ll see how things play out in the future and possibly do another review later.
I received a prompt reply on the nails and broken glass and it was immediately cleaned up. I will change my rating from a 4 to a 5.

My uncle had a storage unit here and recently passed away. They made the transition to get his things and rent a new spot for his camper very simple and easy. They were very accommodating and willing to work with us. A very nice facility of good quality as well. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve rented for several years at 609 Van Dorn. The management team has been excellent. The current manager Amy has been especially helpful. I highly recommend Bid Red Storage at the Van Dorn location!!!

Nice secure storage units. Renting a unit is extremely easy it is all doable online or or at the kiosk the kiosk they provide. Their staff seems extremely helpful and polite. I had an issue with one of my debit cards it's that I wasn't aware of we're off and they were completely cool didn't charge me any extra fees when out of their way to contact me and make sure I was aware that there Was an issue.

Super easy to rent a unit online. I live out of state and needed one for my daughter. They contacted me to see if I needed a lock and had it ready and waiting inside the unit for her. Fantastic customer service and communication!!

Very happy with my experience thus far with Bed Red Storage. The online process to reserve our unit was straightforward and easy, the price was competitive, and the location ideal.
After booking the location, working with Josh in the office has been great. He’s been incredibly helpful and given us great communication throughout the process, as well as being very helpful when we ran into issues on our end during the moving process.
Overall, a stressful week became a lot less stressful than it could have been because of Josh and the rest of the team here.

I have used Big Red at 9th and Van Dorn a number of times and have always been completely satisfied with the service and the units. My last moved involved selecting and changing units several time to get the correct amount of space. Amy was very helpful in stepping me through the process allowing the flexibility to move from one unit to the next and then adding another unit close to the first unit. The moving company had no problem with the location, accessing the unit, or storing all the things between the two units. I will definitely use Big Red again and highly recommend them.
