If you need to store your stuff short or long term it's totally worth it. Reasonable prices, various sizes of units. Jennifer the woman who runs the office and maintains the property is very friendly, very helpful, very professional and generally awesome.

Easy to set up online - I was quickly emailed the unit # and code. I used the unit for less than a month to stage household goods during moving. I closed by email and everything was swell!

We knew we were going to be tackling the job of emptying out a bedroom, but we hadn't bargained on the office at Big Red Self Storage being closed on a Saturday. I found that out when I went to the website to see how late they were open. Oops! But the online rental only took a few minutes and we were able to move several loads Saturday and the rest today (Monday). The guidelines on how large a space to rent were accurate and we filled the space quite nicely. Thanks!

Jennifer is THE BEST person to work with! She is so friendly, caring and efficient. Big red self storage has great rates that are affordable and awesome units. The best part is the free moving truck! We own T Square Movers here in Lincoln and love working with them!!

You wouldn't think that a self storage place is where you'd find a cheerful person and great customer service...but you'd be wrong! Jennifer (the manager) does a wonderful job helping people find storage needs. Twice I have used Big Red to store stuff while I moved. The first time I moved out on the last day of the month. I forgot to tell her, so I expected to be charged for the next month...and that would have been fair. When I called to pay for the second month, Jennifer replied, "oh, I saw you move out, so I closed the account." The units are clean, i would recommend Big Red to anyone looking for storage, big or small.

Very happy with the service at Big Red Self Storage. I have used their storage units numerous times over the last 10 or so years. Friendly staff, clean & well maintained units. Plus easy access to units off service road on South 14th Street and sufficient parking room when loading & unloading the storage unit.

I rented my unit from the online system, and it was super easy and straightforward. I had no issues getting into the facility and easily found my unit. Jennifer even followed up with an email asking how my move went, which was totally unexpected and super sweet!

Jennifer is amazing. She let us know when a 3rd space opened up close to our other 2. She has been so nice to work with and the facility is well maintained and works so nice for our storage needs! Would highly recommend.

Let me tell you! I stopped at another place South of Lincoln to store our New RV and this older guy was VERY RUDE! Crabby and he needs to retire soon! Especially if he treats new customer like this! But now i am so Happy because as Soon as We walk into "Big Red Self Storage"..the positive Energy was Amazing! This Place it was a Very Friendly and Excellent on Customer Service! This place deserves more then 5 stars!

I have been with Curt and his team for the last ten years.
Living in the country for the past 7 years, and storing our camper, we've had no problems. Then moving to town we had to rent 5 units to accommodate our stuff while moving, Big Red Self storage had the units we needed to store our belongings close to each other. Always friendly when coming in contact paying our rent. Go Big Red! Self Storage! Lol.

I needed a place to park my new camper for the winter. After researching the storage lots available in Lincoln I determined that Big Red Self Storage was where I wanted to go. The facility closest to where I live (S 14th) did not have any spots available but the N 27th location did, so I parked my camper there. I asked the staff at S14th to contact me if a spot became available. Realistically, I did not expect them to remember to call me but they did. The change in locations went smoothly with the staff at both locations being professional and friendly. Both facilities were well maintained and looked nice but it was having good people in place that really made them stand out.
