Just moved to the area and was in need for a new screen protector for my iPhone 15 Pro. I went in and walked out with a Matte screen protector (which are hard to find) installed within 20 minutes at no extra charge. I was very pleased. Very decently priced as well. Don’t know if they can be beat for the price and service!

They are GREAT. Very fair, generous with their time and helped me find a solution with my phone and was not trying to gouge me for money. I would 100% bring ANYTHING phone or computer/iPad related to these guys. They are trustworthy and very experienced! A+

Mr. S technicians were polite, professional, courteous and knowledgable. They were able to fix my iPad on the same day all while the cost was lower than anywhere else! It's been a few months and my iPad is still running like new. I would highly recommend to others and will continue to use them for any of my tech troubles.

Took my 13 year old very slow laptop to see if it could be fixed. A new hard drive fixed the problem and it works like it's brand new! The staff was very friendly and professional! This was 10x cheaper then buying a new laptop. I will be going back with my other devices. Happy customer!

I'm normally able to fix PC issues that we have but had a puzzling situation that I wasn't able to track down. Dropped our desktop PC off at PC Knights to see if they could fix the issue. Within an hour, received a callback that they determined it had a flakey power supply unit. Asked what their prices were for a new power supply and what they'd charge to install it. Both prices were super reasonable so asked that they go ahead and do the work. Within an hour it was ready to pickup. Was extremely impressed with how quickly they got it done and also for the very reasonable cost. Highly recommend!!!

I randomly saw the PC Knight Store while picking up ice cream. I’ve had a cracked iPhone X screen for a year and never really wanted to spend the $279 from Apple to fix it so I have just dealt with it. The screen worked fine it was just ugly.

When I got home I Googled PC Knights to get an idea of their reviews, services, and costs. They were extremely reasonable compared to Apple and had overwhelmingly great reviews so today I decided to head over to get it repaired.

I dropped it off to an extremely friendly employee who said it would take 45 minutes. I returned a little early and it was already done and looked wonderful!

I was ready to pay, when I saw her installing a tempered glass screen protector on the beautiful new OLED screen. As such when I went to pay I asked how much for that and she said, “No charge! It’s included in the price.”

Great friendly experience and the screen looks fantastic!!!

**Added Feedback on 10/16: I had an additional question and issue come up with my phone this morning and called to ask Ashley about it. She was again very friendly, and said, “Bring it in and I’ll take a look.” She took a look at the issue at hand and took care of it in a few minutes and honestly she didn’t have to and refused me compensating her for the quick resolution of what I asked her.

Wow! What a fabulous business! Although we can’t get our iPhone 12 screen repaired until their tech returns on Wednesday, the fact that they gave me a referral to their competition if I needed it done today speaks volumes for someone who runs an honest business. I’m just completely and totally floored by their integrity. I will not be going to their competitor but will be back next week.

Yes I would visit again and yes I would refer them!

I arrived about 15 minutes before closing time, but Ashley was great about it. She did a quick fix on my laptop and provided me with a loaner keyboard in case the problem wasn't solved. I thought I was going to have to buy a new laptop, and instead she fixed it in about 5 minutes and gave me a solution if the problem persisted! Great experience, highly recommend!

We had a custom built PC that no longer worked, There was no diagnostic fee to look at the PC and they were quick to ask us to bring it right in. When looking at the PC they had a hunch of what was wrong, when I stated that I would just order that part online - they advised against it as that could be a waste of money as there may be another issue - this proved to me that they have great integrity. After a full evaluation they found the motherboard fried - so the part that was initially thought WOULD have been a waste of money, thankfully they wouldn't let us buy it right away! They actually had another PC there with better specs that they used to piece together ours - its now WAY better than it ever was! This process only took about 24 hours and it was complete! HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who has computer issues. Friendly, fast, affordable, and excellent workmanship.

Finding a good computer/cellphone repair shop is every bit as difficult as finding a good auto mechanic. I felt as though I really lucked out when I found PC Knights to repair my Dell desktop which had taken a sudden dump after a Windows update. Ashley explained every step of what they would do to get me back up and running as soon as possible and hopefully with my files intact when I brought the unit in. She called the next morning with their diagnosis, the fix, and what was a very reasonable price. I was back up and running in less than two hours. This is absolutely the place that I'll go to whenever I need computer or cell phone repair. Highly recommended.

Very affordable, very knowledgeable, small mom and pop shop. The husband and wife team that own and operate the business are friendly and personable. I would recommend PC knights rather than taking your repair needs to a big box store. We recently took our broken Xbox One there and it works like new again.

This place is amazing. Inexpensive repairs done correctly and done quickly. They have fixed 4 or 5 of my family's phones. Like completely destroyed. And they came back good enough to turn into the lease company and not get dinged. They dont screw you around about repairs either. If they cant fix it you get it back no charge usually.

Update:2022 they are still amazing. Checked out my ps4 for free, couldn't replicate the issue with the controller. Gave me a free controller to make sure it wasn't mine acting up!! That is above and beyond great customer service. I can't recommend them enough.

Ashley was so nice and wonderful. She is a caring person and really takes time to explain what she is doing and is very knowledgeable. Went in today and had the best experience. They diagnosed my PC for free and told me exactly what to order on Amazon. You can tell they truly care about the customer rather than profit. I’d recommend to anyone in need of electronic repair to stop in and use their service. You won’t regret it!!

They have some of, if not the best prices on computer repair. They were incredibly helpful and polite. When i came in it was immediately clear that customer satisfaction was the number one concern. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere, and would not only come back but recommend others to go here.
