So clean ans well managed. I enjoyed every visit. Contrast this with the McD and Wendy's death traps across the street. Awesome quality across the board.!

We visited for the first day of spring during the free cone promotion. It was crazy busy but I wanted to complement the staff for being friendly and able to answer questions and move quickly through the line of customers.

Lovely place to grab a bite to eat, and a lovely and friendly staff! Phoenix and Nathan are great!

I gave all 5 stars to Dairy Queen Grill, and chill in Sunbury, Ohio because I was very hungry when I went there, ready to eat, hoping to not be let down when I receive my food, because as patrons of fast food, that does tend to happen more frequently than I’d like to say. Lol my tummy was thankfully not let down it was satisfied with the barbecue boneless meal with fries and it was so tasty and satisfying. Hi finished that off with a Butterfinger blizzard with whip cream on top. Thank you dairy queen for being more than oh so satisfying.

Visited to have dessert with family. The place was absolutely hopping, maybe the busiest I've ever seen. The staff handled it really well, ours orders didn't take very long at all to come out. The Thin Mint blizzard I had was so tasty! I will probably go back to get another one!

Always BUSY location but never disappoints! Drive thru line is always very long. Blizzards are amazing, tried the new Reese’s take 5, SO GOOD!

Everything was made to order correctly and the food was hot and freshly prepared. They should maybe get those swing credit/debit card readers for drivers who have short arms! Am I right? I hate releasing my safety belt just to pay for food. It's called a drive thru isn't it? why would it require me to be unsafe?? sounds like more work. Also why are most of the dining rooms still closed in the city of Columbus when mostly every fast food chain store I have traveled to during the pandemic has been clean, neat, and open. What happens to the customer who doesn't have a car for the drive up? Anyways, Dairy Queen is still one of my favorite places to get cold favorites and hot fresh food.

First experience was Sunday 2-19-23. Brandon the manager took our order and took the time to bring us our food when it was ready. Good food and excellent service.

I used to work here and I can say for certain that any negative reviews are just bias. When we started off we weren't that great. People automatically think we should be amazing but we're only human. Now I know that all of my co workers did great jobs! So I'll write this as a a review on how it was as a worker. I ate the food there too, it was okay and some items were of course better than others. The ice cream is technically made on location (the extras mixed in that is) and times that I went off duty we're pleasant. People can be quite rude sometimes when they come in. And people also complain about the smallest things that don't really matter. If we make a mistake we fix it because that's what they do at DQ. I recommend for anyone looking for a quick bite. And please be kind to the workers. It's not easy dealing with rude customers especially in a fast food job. Thanks :)

I went inside with both of my kids, we were greeted immediately with a smile, so good start so far. My kids were not sure what to order, but Eli W. and Logan L. were very patient and explained the menu in a friendly way, even making some recommendations. We got some burger meals, a few Blizzards served "upside down" and a kids cone for dine in and Tyler S. served our food in a very friendly and professional manner. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and had a very enjoyable meal with my kids here. Pay this location a visit, they are brand new and may very well be my new "fast food" place of choice in Sunbury.

We went last night. My daughter got the chicken strip meal it was perfect... Had to wait on fries but who cares when you know they will be fresh hot 🍟... Love the customer services always happy and friendly... If you haven't visit this DQ its a must and great for the whole family .... Just watch the sugar lol ..

I personally thought that they were great. I really appreciate how the ice cream is not underfilled and the blizzards are well blended. The manager should give these people a raise or a hollownen party or something.

One of the best places for ice cream. Or if your on your brean and you want food their meals are pretty good and its only $5 and you get a decent size. I got the hamburger, it was huge with a lot of stuff on it, and it comes with fries and ice cream or you can swap it out.

New store, looked great. Greeted with a smile and How may I help you tonight. Burger was hot and prepared correctly to my requests. Loved my peppermint chocolate blizzard and cheese curds.

I love the blizzards I have no shakes and their pretzel bread oh my goodness but I've never had a complaint at all with this dairy Queen the prices are good or little expensive at times depending on what you get by the customer service is great and friendly it's a very clean kept up dairy Queen

Delicious, fresh hot food. The burger was amazing, the fries were hot and crisp, order correct. Employees were courteous and friendly. Pleasant experience. Will be back.

The service may not always be spot on but last night towards closing the girl checking us out was in such a happy mood it made my night better and earned them 5 stars!

I have only gone through the drive thru but service was fast and friendly and my order has always been correct.
