I’ve had my fair share of difficulties with some store employees knowledge today. I had an awesome experience with an extremely knowledgeable name Richard the company should be thankful. They found somebody like him to work. Thank you for your patience and your help.

Richard was very pleasant and helpful. I felt embarrassed that I had an issue opening the oil I had just purchased, and he totally deflected and claimed that it was hard for him as well. Quick in-and-out for unanticipated need and left feeling as though I did business with a friend :-)

Richard at this store is excellent and really helped me out. He honestly went above and beyond. This man deserves a raise!

The review left by another reviewer gave our store a two-star review. This reviewer was referring to the South Willow Street location, not this (107 Pine Street) location. Not sure what we can do about it. However when this error is corrected, i will delete this review.
