The Gentleman Andrew that helped me on Saturday was so efficient . He was helping multiple customers installing batteries and wipers at the same time while I was waiting for him to test my battery and was honest about telling me that it was not my battery that was the problem when he could have upsold me something I didn't need. He referred to to a mechanic that his store does a lot of business with and I'm back on the road and completely satisfied I will only shop at that store his professionalism and honesty makes me happy that Advanced hires competent and honest employees.

Just had a great experience! Andre helped me choose and install wiper blades. He was extremely helpful and courteous at the time it was threatening rain and I had to get on the highway.

farukee helped me today with a new battery purchase and install. I was going to go to jiffy lube but I stopped in and he helped me along the entire process. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE + PRICE + ACCOMMODATIONS. I told him he would be my car maintenance guy moving forward from this point forward with all my car needs and I truly mean that! Someone needs to give Andrew (working on 11/15 - in the morning) a raise!!! Needed to replace my battery, purchased online, free installation offered (yes!) I was told I would have to wait until 9 (I arrived before 8) for someone to be able to do installation, and I obliged even though I knew storms were coming… at 9:20, I still hadn’t been taken care of so, I returned inside to be told “we can’t do anything in this rain!” I explained that I had to be at work at 10 and the first man who initially told me 9 had not a worry in the world to tell me no… Andrew saved my day!! He said he would do it if I would hold the umbrella… Andrew, you are a gentleman! Thank you so much for not being afraid of water and helping me get back on the road to get to work.

I don't really like this location, but the young gentleman who helped me today was super good... I will go back.
I went in to check if my battery was still covered and the service was excellent. Last time,in 2020, the service coming from one of the managers was suck, but this kid switched it all up and deserves to be recognized.

Ordered my parts online and had an easy pickup. New employee was getting trained and the person training her was a wealth of knowledge and coaching style was similar to how I train my employees. Great store & employees

I would like to give a big Thank you to JC. JC has great customer service skills, he was very friendly and after helping me he welcomed me back to his store. JC helped me with my battery and put the bolt back on my battery from another stores mistake. The whole store team was also friendly from the moment I walked in, I would like to again say thank you so much JC!

I had purchased wipers at another store, no receipt and opened package. Mike saw me outside and took charge and asked no questions and exchanged the wipers for the correct pair and installed, all under 5 min. The service was great and nice to see it still exists. Will keep going back.

Mike just helped me out this morning and he was amazing. He helped me with my car problem and didn’t take long with it. I can tell he was good at his job and very popular because everyone went to him and he never denied them. If you guys need any help always ask for mike.

I had the easiest and most turn key experience. Great service! I was looking for new windshield wiper blades for my brand new car. The tech explained the different tiers of windshield wipers, which were conveniently organized from the least expensive to the most expensive and helped me decide what was best for my car. He even walked out to my car to make sure they would fit before making the purchase. After making the purchase, the tech walked me out to my car and put the new blades on and encouraged me to test them to make sure I was satisfied. The experience was so pleasant that I will continue going to this store for all of my future needs.

Went into the store yesterday and micheal was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He replaced my battery and diagnostic on my car to see the issues. I bought the car used n he gave recommendations n direction on what steps to take. I highly recommend this store !

Yesterday Mr. Wilkerson help me a lot. I experienced the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE from him. He helped me to changed my battery. For some weird reason the battery connection was stocked , and he said "Do not worry, I will fix it." I was with my family, it was late, and I had no tools. But, he did it. He fixed it and he installed the new battery. Thats why I want to take this time to recognize Mr. Wilkerson for his excellent work. You deserve a promotion and a raise.

Where do I even start... after getting air from across the street I stopped in and was helped by Mike.. now usually I'm not one for reviews but this guy went ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service. As I walked out I noticed my tire blew out and had no tools to put on the spare. MIKE lent me his own personal tools and even helped me change it. This guy deserves more than just a review!!!!!
