I had brought my granddaughter there to get new makeup. She got a lesson on types of brushes and make up to use for her skin tone. They threw all kinds of make up at her and brushes and 237.00 at the register. I was dumbfounded. I was like nope. The girl that saved me was Taz at the register and she said she got her niece a cooboodle. She saved my wallet and my granddaughter loved it and was excited about the led mirror. Came with everything she wanted for three times less. Thank you Taz

I love it there. They have so many things I love. I just wish if a product gets sold, they would continue to carry it. They stop carrying items too quickly and too often.

I know nothing about make up. My middle daughter, however, is a huge girly girl. Every time we've gone in, the staff have been so helpful and wonderful! They always help me find what my daughter is looking for!

I had the most amazing experience at Ulta in Manchester, NH today! I ordered some skincare items that I “Googled” and went to pick them up while returning the last failed attempt to help my horribly dry, sensitive skin. While returning my items, I met Hailley. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me as she listened to my skincare woes.

I asked Hailley if she would look through my items that I had “Googled” to see if they were a good choice. She went over the ingredients in the skincare items and told me what was good and not so good for my skin. When I asked what she recommended for a toner (instead of the one I purchased), that’s when Taz came along.

Taz helped me find a toner that wouldn’t burn my skin and would help with the dryness. She was also so knowledgeable and kind. She helped me make the exchange as easy as possible. Both Hailley and Taz assured me that if any of the products did not work out for me, I could return them and they would gladly help me find the right skincare routine for me.

I would also like to mention their manager, Karen. She treated Taz and Hailley like gold. She was praising them and really encouraging every employee. She was so sweet and helped me out too!

I would highly recommend this Ulta. DO NOT go to the Ulta in Salem, NH!

I was shopping for various products for my partner, but was looking for a special item as well. Karen showed me some options, helped me understand the differences, and checked me out. It was nice to have the VIP treatment!

Karen at Manchester location was wonderful! I needed a refresh in my cosmetics and she really knew what she was talking about. Helped me get some new goodies that our now favorites!

Always love going into this store - located at the back entrance, next to J. C. PENNY.

Whenever I'm in here, I feel like a kid in a candy store! Honestly, I don't think there is a product you can't find in this store!

I especially love the fact that returns are so easy here!

I especially love their selection of hair care products, all the knick knacks and the makeup. There really is nothing you can't find for your personal grooming needs in Ulta.

Not to mention the perfumes! I am a fragrance nut, and, again this store has all my favorite scents = especially my top of the list favorite: Burberry Brit for her. Even Macy's was sold out of this particular fragrance, but there it was, at Ulta.

Ulta also carries the full line of Curlsmith Hair Care, the only products I will use in my hair.

I could go on, but you get the idea. Ulta is a five star in my book!!!

I went to manchester to find some creams karen helped me. i was blown away by her knowledge she knew something about almost everything.. Keep her ulta you found a gem.

This is the holidays the hustling and bustling is going on but the staff at Ulta handles everything smoothly and quickly even though there was a ridiculously long line we got through it super fast!!!

I came in with my 1 year old daughter, and I received excellent customer service. As you can imagine, I had my hands full with my daughter, and the employees helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for, and everyone was so nice. Highly recommend!

One of the staff, I think their name is Taz, has been really helpful to me twice when I've been in this store. This person is very knowledgeable about the products in the store in regard to different skin types and has gone above and beyond to help me find exactly what I'm looking for. I really appreciate that kind of effort!

I just want to say that Kristi was so beyond amazing with helping me find what I needed! She helped me choose the best products, taught me how to use them, and gave me information on everything!! I’ve been helped before at this store but she was the most helpful, professional, and kindest person I’ve ever dealt with! If I could give her 10 stars I would!

I was looking for product for my thinning hair due to medication I am taking and Holly was very very helpful in explaining all the different products available, also return policy if not satisfied, very helpful.I will be returning to the store for more products.
